Chapter 5: This Much
Alex's P.O.V
So last night was kinda crazy. I woke up still wearing pants (thank god!), Alex came in and shook me to death! and he carried me downstairs. Days like these he's an ass.
But when he uncovered my eyes, I saw a TON of food!! I'm not your typical 'no thanks ill just have a salad' kind of girl. I was HUNGRY, so I was gonna eat! I grabbed some of everything and it was gone within a matter of minutes.
"You didn't save any for me?" James pretended to look hurt, with his hand over his heart.
I shook my head.
"Aaww...." he sounded disappointed. I laughed.
"What?"
"Nothing..."

Saturdays. I love Saturdays. You can put off your homework until 10:30 on Sunday, the grass seams greener, and the sky seems bluer..
Or maybe it's because of my boyfriend. I love saying that. James is my boyfriend. James is my boyfriend. James is my- wait what am I doing?
I really need to stop talking to myself......
What would James think about this? would he call me crazy? does he really love me, like I love him? oh kay. where did that come from!?!? I mean I know I like him a lot but....... okay, you got me. I love him. Too much.....
UGGHHH!! there goes my happiness. Stupid girl stuff.... I don't want to have my period right now. I was so happy! WAS!!!
My phone buzzed in my pocket. Tee he he.. it tickled. I pulled It out and it said this:
Hey babe. I'll be by around 1. See you soon.

Ugh! I texted him:
Now's not a good time!

After about thirty seconds it buzzed again, but this time I was ready for it. I grabbed my phone and read:
Why? are you okay? sick? tired? I can help!
-James
See. he can be so sweet...
Sure come over. Let yourself in I'll be in the basement.
-Alex
He didn't text back so I assumed he was driving. As I walked over to the front door to unlock it, I saw James's car. he got out and ran over to me.
"Are you okay?" he asked, concern played a big part in his voice.
"Yeah.. sorta.. it's just my period." AWKWARD!!!
"Oh...... we could snuggle up an watch this movie." he pulled out a DVD from behind his back.
OMG!! I love this movie! Despicable Me!
"How'd you know it's my favorite?"
"Lucky. I guess. I picked it because its my favorite, and who DOESN'T like this movie?" he makes a good point.
We watched the movie and I must have fallen asleep on him, because when I woke up, there was a note on the couch where he was sitting earlier:
Alex, went to get you a surprise, be back soon.

What is it? just then I heard the door crack open.
"Alex?" I stayed silent. He came down and snuggled up next to me and he still thought I was asleep.
"I love you." he whispered.
"I love you too James." he looked shocked as I opened my eyes.
"Hey." he pouted, "that's not fair!"
"Life's not fair." I tried to keep my serious face and so did he but we looked at each other and burst out laughing.
After our laughing session was done, we cuddled up again and went to sleep after all, it was like 1:00 in the morning. He had been here almost 12 hours!
Woah! I knew he liked me, but I didn't know he liked me THIS much!
