Welcome to my first ever fan fiction! I'm writing this August 2017, exactly 1 year and six months after I first started this.

So, here's a little disclaimer to let you know: this book is poorly edited, poorly planned and in my opinion, poorly written. But I have grown and matured in my writing since, and you all seem to enjoy this book so I have no intentions of removing it!

I have a few rules regarding my page and how you post on it. I would really appreciate it if you read through them!

i) no sexualising band members in the comments. I don't appreciate it- they are real people with families and children, it's highly inappropriate!

ii) no obscene language, including racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist slurs. (Swearing is allowed but I believe that Wattpad will remove your comment anyway.)

iii) no copying or plagiarising my work. I take this extremely seriously.

2019, California

Meet the Killjoys: Party Poison, Fun Ghoul, Kobra Kid and Jet Star. Fighting against the corrupted Better Living Industries, they spend everyday risking their lives to try and save the innocent people of Battery City.

Now meet 17 year old Sophie. For years she has dreamt of crossing the barriers into the unknown, to fight crime along with the infamous Killjoys.

So one night; on a warm summer's evening, she does just that.
