5. So What?

Prof. Sycamore has just announced us a tournament and me and Iris were preparing ourselves 

"So who are you going to use?" I asked her

"This is just a short tournament" She said

"How about you use Emolga? Then we both would be in pretty much sync" I said

"Good idea!" She said

After that we entered the competition but before that we requested Prof. Sycamore to keep us away from Ash and his group and he told me that he has divided the tournament in to sides and that we would be in A while he is in B so we would meet only in finals if we reach there

"Let's get ready" I said and Iris nodded

(Ash's POV)

I'm so excited about this competition Prof said that the one who wins side A will battle the one who wins side B and it is going to be us

Soon the tournament started and me, Serena and Clemont used our elemental starters 

We were in the finals against Shauna Tierno Trevor and the match started

Me and Iris had defeated the opponent team 

We both were pretty strong since we were the only team with 2 members while all other group had 3 or 4 with one not battling in the group with 4 

"So now the winners of the side A and B will now battle each other" Prof, Sycamore said

"You know who is our opponent is right?" Iris said smirking 

"Ya" I said

"So it would be Team Froakie and Team Chikorita" Prof. said and then me and Iris went to the battle field while from the others side THEY well at least Bonnie and Clemont are good

"They have't seen us yet" Iris said "Are you nervous? I mean you were with them and you just broke up with Ash" 

"So what?" I said "I got my rock moves with me"

I then winked and she smiled and when we both reached the stage our opponents were wide eyed

They all looked shocked well at least Ash and Serena were, Clemont was surprised and Bonnie was very happy

"What are you doing here?" Ash asked me annoyed

"What are YOU doing here" I said and he looked angry

"Same as you" Iris said

"Iris" Ash said and went to her happily but she pushed him back hard

"Who are you? I don't know you" She said

"It's me Ash!" Ash said surprised by her action

"The Ash I knew has disappeared" Iris said "He would never do such things"

"So this little brat has got you at her side" Ash said smiling

"Looks like someones jealous" Iris said and Ash glared at her

"Someones scared" I said eyeing him

"Who's talking to you" Ash said angrily

"I never said your name, douche bag" I said and me and Iris laughed

"Let's settle this match" Serena said

"Serena" I said to her angrily but coolly "Hi! Bonnie! Clemont" I suddenly said cheerily 

And both of them waved back

"You're gonna lose" Iris said

"Let's see" Ash said "My old friend and a girl who ran from us like a little wimp" 

He was being harsh and I'm going to crush him under my shoes

"So what, I did't ran way I just wanted to travel alone" I said "Rather than a silly jokers as you are"

Me and Iris again laughed

This was common when me and HIM were in Unova me and Iris would pull pranks and would joke like a master without insulting but sometimes we got to get rude

"I'm going to powder you like Ash" Iris said and we both laughed again

"Let the match began!" Ash yelled
