18. Sunlight In My Palms

Later I spent the whole next day checking all my photo albums and Prof. Oak's summer camp ones which I borrowed from, I also brought Gary with me for help

"Dammit! (Y/N)! Why have you brought me!?" He asked angrily

"Come on! Gary! I want you to help me!" I answered in the same language

"But these photos!" He argued

After 1 hr we both were done seeing all the photos of Prof. Summer Camp in each we 3 went

"Did I told you about Ash?" I asked

"Yes?" He said "No I mean"

Then I explained him the whole story

"I can't believe it" He said angrily

Why is he SO angry

"Why are you so angry?" I asked and he blushed????

"N-no . . . nothing" He said quietly "I think I should go now"

"Bye" I said 

"Bye" He said and walked out of my home    

"I wonder why" I said to myself 

I then laid on my bed

I don't have time to think about Gary now

I must see and remember about the last Summer Camps

It's just somehow they and Serena are linked

In anyway . . . 

I don't know but there is one

 I then tried to remember each moment . . . 

After few minutes I was tired and drifted to sleep

It was me, Ash and Gary 

All 3 of us were little 

6-7 I guess 

Prof. Oak told us to find a lost girl from our camp

Ash ran left while I got right and Gary went middle

After 15 minutes Ash came back with a little girl 

Both holding hands

That girl gave Ash a sweet smile but he was smiling at me and the girl did't looked pleased with this

She has honey hair . . .

<Dream Ended>

"SERENA!" I yelled waking up from my dream

Pikachu was startled and started to zap 

"Wait!" I said calming her

She then slept in my arms

I took her with me down in the living room and watched T.V

I remember it now

We met Serena in Summer Camp when we were little 

She liked Ash while he liked me  

So there are 3 possibilities  

1. Ash liked her back then and now he remembered Serena so started to like her again

2. He liked me but now seeing Serena grown up he started to like her but does't remember her from childhood

3. She put a spell on her or Ash got hit hard on the causing him to think opposite 

The 3rd one seems stupid

 But . . . 

Well . . . 

Come to think of it . . . 

Ash DID got badly hurt on his head after he fell from a rock and hit his head hard on the ground, so hard that he was out for few days . . . 

YEAH THE 3 ONE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY!

I KNEW I WAS A FAST THEORIST!

(Gary's POV)

<Flashback : Summer Camp>

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! look" I ran to her with a beautiful flower in my hand

"Gary it's beautiful!" She said

I smiled 

"Thanks!" I said

"But you should't have broke it from it's plant!" She then scolded

I was now sad 

"Please don't do it next time!" She then said 

"OK!" I said

"(Y/N)!(Y/N)!" I heard Ash calling her name

I gritted my teeth 

Why does he always come between us!?

"Look I have sunshine in my hand!" He said showing a bright light in his hand 

"What is it?" (Y/N) asked

"Sunshine!" Ash replied

"Impossible!" I said

"Why?!" Ash asked angrily 

"Stop!" (Y/N) said and we both got quiet 

"(Y/N)! It's for you!" Ash said and (Y/N) putted it in her pocket

"Now I got a Pocketful Of Sunshine!" (Y/N) happily grinned

My heart dropped

I was never able to make her smile like this

I always had a crush on (Y/N)

I still do . . . 

But she loves Ash . . . 

But that time is gone . . . 

Now I will be her friend . . . 

And help her . . .
