The Bullfrog

October 30th

I had quite the accomplishment today. I was just peacefully eating my cat food when all of a sudden, I heard a loud croak.

I whisked around to find a strange creature sitting next to my water bowl. I hopped down from the table where my food was kept and went to inspect the thing.

He was just sitting there, doing absolutely nothing. I sniffed it and recoiled. It smelt disgusting! I stumbled backwards over my tail and landed on my back. I flipped over and then looked at the critter again.

He was still just standing idly. "What are you doing?" I asked him. He didn't answer. "I said, what are you doing?!" I meowed angrily. He still did not answer. "WHY WON'T YOU ANSWER ME?!" I hissed.

Then, the Beast trotted over to me in annoyance. "Would you keep it down, cat?" She barked. "I'm trying to sleep."

"But this stupid thing is next to my water bowl and I want it to leave!" I complained.

"Leave the bullfrog alone, you stupid cat." The Beast growled. "He's not doing any harm." The Beast then walked away back towards her house.

That's how I learned what it was called. Bullfrog. Sounds delicious, right?

I ate it.
