I'd like to know that if my best friend had died, would I even be able to function? I wouldn't know how to live for the rest of my life. I'd like to know if I'd be so consumed with grief, that the only people who could console me were the ones who shared my pain. I'd like to know if I'd even be able to say a single word without crumbling to pieces. I'd like to know if I could still feel what they were like when they were around me. I'd like to know that if my best friend had died, would I want to follow them?
