You spout hateful words as I kneel on the floor holding my hands to the cheek you just bruised. You say how sorry you are at the hospital and say that it was and accident. Do you mean it? When you treat me like a useless piece of garbage in front of our friends, do you mean it? When you apologize do you mean it? Or are you only apologizing for the satisfaction of redeeming yourself? Now, I might be only saying things about you, but what does this say about me? What kind of person do you make me? A pathetic mute? Unable to have any sort of happiness or security? Yes, people will ask who you are, but the real question is, who am I?
