"We have to do something soon, Clint's getting too suspicious," Natasha mentioned.
"What do you mean?" Tony asked.
"He asked why the calendar was the wrong date," Bruce agreed with Natasha.
"Well, I feel bad if we lie to him," Steve said.
"But we'll only hurt Clint more when he finds out his parents are dead!" Tony shouted.
"Mommy and Daddy are dead?!" a little voice cried.
"Clint?! I... I thought you went to bed," Natasha was startled.
"You lied to me! Mommy and Daddy are gone!" Clint sobbed hard.
He rushed away to his room, leaving the other Avengers feeling guilty.
