You laid half asleep beside your boyfriend Steve. Suddenly the blankets were pulled off you and he kicked you really hard in the gut. "Hey what the heck!" You turned over to face him and that's when the screaming started.
"(Y/n)! (Y/n)!" He yelled in his sleep. You turned on the dim lamp beside your bed to get a better look at him. He was covered in sweat to the point his skin glistened in the dim light. You straddled his waist and took ahold of his abnormally large biceps. You shook him as tears weld up in your eyes.
"Steve it's ok! I'm here! Steve!" That only seemed to make it worse as he started flailing screaming your name louder. His brows knit together as more tear fell down his cheeks. He woke up partially confused. Your hands went to the sides of his face cupping his cheeks as he sat up. His blue eyes locked with your (e/c) eyes.
You wrapped your arms around his neck as he silently sobbed into your shoulder. After about 3 hours you finally got him to fall back to sleep. That memory would permanently be burnt into your brain.
