"I hereby sentence you to life in prison without parol." The judge said standing up

I sighed out of relief and hugged my dad.

"Its all over now baby." He said squeezing me

"I know daddy, thank you for sticking by me." I whispered kissing his cheek

The ride to the hotel was silent, once we got to the room I pulled out my phone and called Justin. It rang and rang, he didnt answer.

"Hes probably busy sweetheart." My dad said smiling

"Yea, your right." I said sitting on the couch next to him

"So your um- your moms birthday is in a couple weeks." My dad stammered nervously

"Yea." I whispered

I felt myself tearing up at the memory.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to fly back to Atlanta and visit her grave, only if you want." He said looking up at me

"Yea, thatd be nice." I said putting on a smile

"Okay." He replied

A silence fell between us until my laptop started beeping. I took it and went into my room, shutting the door behind me.

'Justin Bieber would like to facetime'

I clicked accept and I was met with a shirtless sweaty Justin.

"Hey baby, howd it go?" He said smiling

"Hes in jail, forever this time." I said

"Thats great! You okay?" He said noticing the tears in my eyes

"Yea, me and my dad were just talking." I said wiping a tear that had fell

"About what baby? Dont cry please." Justin pleaded

"My mom, her birthdays in a couple weeks." I croaked out as more tears fell

Justin didnt say anything, he didnt know what to say.

"I miss her so much Jay." I said finally breaking down

"I know baby, just remember shes watching you. She wouldnt want you to cry, your to beautiful." Justin said smiling

I smiling and wiped my tears.

"Hey, look at that beautiful smile." Justin said pointing at the screen

I blushed and turned my head.

"Aww, my babys blushing." He cooed

"Shut up." I said laughing

I opened my mouth to say something but was cut off with a yawn.

"Hey, you tired?" Justin asked

"A little." I admitted

"Lay down, ill sing to you." He said smiling

I laid my head on a pillow and placed the laptop so it was facing me.

Across the ocean, across the sea starting to forget the way you look at me

I closed my eyes and drifted into a deep sleep. He was right, everything will be alright.
