"MOM!" I yelled hugging Pattie tightly

"Hey kiddo!" She said laughing

I pulled away and she pulled Justin into a hug.

"Hey mom." He said kissing her cheek

"Pull your pants up." She said kissing his cheek

He let out a laugh before hoisting his pants up.

"There." He said laughing

"Thank you." She smiled

"Lets go get ready to go sledding!" I said turning towards the guys

"Okay! Ill go get the bags unloaded from the car!" Ryan said before walking out the door with Chaz following him

I turned around to notice Justin was gone, mustve went upstairs.

"Okay Chelsea, whats going on?" Pattie said

"Nothing." I lied faking a smile

"Chelsea Amber Braun, do not lie to ne! I know something is up, you and Justin are always so lovey dovey around each other. He hasnt said one thing to you." She said seriously

"I dont know Pattie, hes been on his phone 24/7 and now hes hanging out with a old friend from school instead of hanging out with us." I said as tears brimmed my eyes

"Cmere sweetie." Pattie whispered pulling me into a hug

I heard footsteps coming down the stairs, I turned my head to see Justin putting his shoes on.

"Where are you going hun?" Pattie said pulling away

"Hanging out with a old friend." He said

"Dont you think you should hang out with Chelsea?" She said stepping towards him

"I have plans mom, ill be back later." He said before going on the door slamming it behind him

"Oh boy." Pattie sighed

"Its fine." I lied smiling

"I know you Chelsea, your hurt. I am to, I dont know why hes acting like this." She huffed

"Its okay Pattie, really. Im gonna go get ready." I said before racing up the stairs

I went to Justins room and closed the door behind me, Tears spilled over outlining my cheeks as I rummaged threw my suitcase.

"Chelsea you read- hey." Chaz said coming in

He pulled me into a hug and rubbed my back.

"Dont cry, its okay babygirl." He whispered

"Its not okay Chaz." I cried into his chest

"Stop, cmon just forget about everything and lets go have fun!" He said wiping my tears

I nodded my head in agreement before putting on my columbia ski coat with matching snowpants. I slipped on my brown uggs, pulled my hair up and threw on a pair of gloves.

"Ready?" Ryan said as I walked down the stairs

"Yea." I said smiling

I said bye to Pattie before climbing in the driver seat of the SUV.

"ROAD TRIP, ROAD TRIP!" The guys chanted as we pulled out of the driveway

"So you excited for tomorrow babygirl?" Chaz said poking his head in between the front seats

"Yea, I guess." I laughed turning into the park

We unloaded our snowboards and made our way to the hill, we made it to the top and strapped out boots to the board.

Chaz started down the hill followed by me, Ryan shortly behind us.

"Its cold!" I chattered as we climbed the hill for what seemed like the 100th time

"Suck it up." Chaz panted out of breath

I laughed pushing him causing him to plant his face in the snow.

"You did not just do that." He said getting up

Before I could do anything he shoved me causing me to start going down the hill, I lost my balance causing me to tumble and roll down the hill. I landed with a solid thud once I reached the bottom.

"Chelsea!" I heard Chaz yell

I began to laugh uncontrolably.

"Oh my gosh! Your okay!" Chaz panted

"That was mean!" I laughed unstrapping my board from my feet

"Im so sorry!" He said helping me up

"Lets head home." Ryan laughed

We all walked to the car, put the boards in the car before climbing in.

"That was fun!" I said quickly turning on the car and the heat

"Yea! Just like old times." Chaz said

I drove home, as I pulled in the driveway I saw Justins car. We all got out of the car and walked in the house.

"Hey kids! Did you have fun?" Pattie said smiling

"Yea! But Chaz pushed me down the hill." I said pouting

"Boys! You have to be nice to Chelsea!" Pattie said pointing at them

"Sorry." Chaz apologized hugging me

"Its okay Chazzy, I love you." I said squeezing him tightly

I pulled away and went upstairs, I knocked on Justins door.

"Come in." I heard him say threw the door

I walked in to find him shirtless on his bed with his phone.

"Hey Jay." I said taking off my coat

"Hi." He said coldly

"Watcha doing?" I said plopping on the bed next to him

"Nothing." He said putting his phone down

I leaned up and kissed him.

"I love you." I said smiling

"I love you to." He mumbled rolling over so his back was to me

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked confused

He didnt say anything instead his fingers just typed away on his phone.

I got up and stomped out of the room slamming the door behind me, I walked down the stairs to see everyones attention on me.

"You okay?" Pattie said handing me a mug with hot chocolate in it

"Yea." I lied taking a sip of it

"What did he say?" Chaz said looking at me

"Nothing, absolutely nothing." I said sitting on the stool

"Im gonna go talk to him." Pattie said turning to exit the kitchen

"No, its okay." I said stopping her

"No, I need to." She said sternly

I huffed out of defeat as she walked away.

Im losing Justin and theres nothing I can do about it.
