to say cleo was excited, was an understatement.
sebastian was coming home after spending almost two weeks in new york, auditioning for new roles, and collecting the last of his things from his old apartment.
she'd decided she'd try cook, it wasn't something she was great at, but she wanted to try.
she looked at the clock on the wall, she had 3 hours until sebastian would get home, so she got to work. __________
it was around half seven, when cleo had finally finished. everything was on the table, and actually tasted good! she was shocked!
she poured herself a glass of wine, and sat at the table knowing sebastian would be home any minute, but he wasn't.
she sat there for an hour, before she tried to call him, but there was no answer.
after another hour, she cleaned the table, and threw the food away, before walking onto the balcony to sit.
she was still sat on the balcony, smoking, when sebastian finally came home. she sighed, before putting the cigarette out, and walking inside.
"hey baby," he smiled, before throwing his bag on the floor, and approaching her.
she swerved out of his way, and into the kitchen to get a bottle of water.
"cleo?" he asked, frowning.
she pulled a bottle of water out of the fridge, and took a sip, before staring at him.
"i thought you were supposed to be home at eight," she mumbled, looking at her feet.
he leant on the counter opposite her.
"yeah, but chace is in town so i hung out with him," he shrugged. "i didn't think you'd mind,"
she scoffed.
"what?" he asked, frowning again.
"nothing," she responded, walking back into the living room.
"what the hell is your problem?" he asked, running his hand through his hair. "i've been away for days, and i get back to you acting like this?"
