This story encircles around character Kaneki you may consider it some sort of Season 3 of Tokyo ghoul. It's the story after when Arima and Kaneki does hand to hand combat.
Arima, in fight stabbed Kaneki's head that his quinque went infiltrating through his left eye but that's not the end yet, Kaneki damaged his quinque with his kagani that Arima stabbed his head so hard with it again that without the need of new quinque he stabbed him again and this attack was so severe that Kaneki ended up on the ground senseless. He was rushed to vacancy which was governed under the super vision of CCG. The doctors succeeded in gaining his beat back but due to severe injuries of head they failed to tell when he was getting back to his senses as he was in coma.
RATINGS:
The story is R-rated and so it might contains some scenes of blood spilling but no drug content has been introduced.
