the dun's walk out of the doctor's office. mrs. and mr dun nervous and upset about the out come of today. they have tyler and ms. joesph on they're sides.

after josh's talk with his mother, she called the joesph's over to talk. mrs. and mr. dun needed to talk to talk about finally giving they're talk about the "birds and the bees". the three parents sent the boys upstairs to play, while they discussed telling the boys, and how.

while the parents conversed, the two boys played upstairs, pretending to be someone else, giving each other different names; and using paper airplanes from old play dates as space ships; flying them far far away.

then they made videos of them lip syncing and dancing, with josh's old camera he got for his birthday. they made a little noise with the music, which lead to the end of the parents; causing them to just wing it. ( i originally typed wink, i was thinking about troye's old videos:(...)

the mothers and one father called down the small duo to tell them. the pair rushed down the stairs laughing and giggling, out of breath from dancing and plunged their exhausted bodies on the couch opposite of their nerve-wrecked parents.

they've been dreading this day, they knew it'd be awkward and uncomfortable explaining. yet, it had to be done. they put it off for as much as they could but, it was time, they were growing and getting curious.

when josh and tyler woke up from their last sleepover, they both told mrs. dun what was going on. mr. dun was in the kitchen at the time, drinking his black coffee and eating his breakfast so he could leave for work.

mr.dun literally stopped all movements when josh explained it. he looked at his wife uneasily and gulped when she nodding her head at the children; signaling that he had to do it.

"w-well, we'll go the doctor's office and maybe they can tell you what's happening." mr. dun replied, with a slight stutter.

mrs. dun just rolled her eyes at her husband and told the teacher to go watch tv and that she'll schedule an appointment for tomorrow. the boys happily skipped away, unaware of the tension left in the room.

mrs. dun left the room and called ms. joseph and explained everything. she agreed to have the talk and go to the doctor's office with tyler and josh; alongside of the dun's.

"JOSH DUN AND TYLER JOSEPH! WE'RE READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!" a female doctor yelled out with a click board in her hands.

the whole group got up and went into the office.

the doctor went through a whole exam, gave the boys two shots each and everything went smoothly; until it got to the part where they asked if the parents had any questions.

the parents agreed to ask the doctor to have the talk with the boys instead of them doing it. ( this honestly may seem like its no big deal, but i'm terrified to give the talk to my children- if i have any. probably not, i'm too awkward about sex as it is. so yea. if i do have children or chose to adopt, it will be very hard and uncomfortable for me to give them the "talk". so that's why this is such a big deal.) the doctor disagreed and told them politely that they had to do it their selves. they begged and pleaded but the doctor wouldn't budge. so they got their children and left since the appointment was over.

now at the dun's resident, with two exhausted boys in front of them, they sat. mrs. dun spoke up, "so, uh, josh, tyler, we-uh, have to have an talk with you. a-about....," she takes a deep breath and exhales, "sex."

tyler and josh pipe up, both of them speaking. "ooh. everyones talking about that at school, we don't know what it is though, it seems popular." tyler says, along with josh's voice of agreement.

"y-yea...so uh, tyler, and josh...we're gonna be explaining what i-it is....and we're going t-to talk about your uh....body. if you have any questions...just....just ask" ms. joesph stutters, twiddling with her fingers as she talked. she hates the anxiety building in her chest. she hates awkwardness.

"okay." is all the boys said, leaning closer to the parents. they really wanted to know what it meant. maybe melanie didn't tell them all of it.

I'll stop it there. basically they had the talk and shit. whatever about that. anyway you smol cabbages, i know in one of the other chapters it says about tyler seeing his mom do that to his dad, well his dad left. that was an old memory of when he was 9. it was 3 years ago. i just didn't mention that, so yea.
