they arrive at the joseph's residents and head in, going straight to the kitchen where they could hear tyler's mom yelling on the phone.

"CHRIS! i do NOT want you seeing him or even coming here after all these years, and i'm sure he feels the same. You left this family years ago, and we've been fine without you! so don't come back!" the hear her yell and then another distant voice on the other side of the phone.

"what the hell? no! i don't care, stay where ever the hell you are with that flousy girlfriend of yours!" she yells roughly hangs up the phone, slamming it on the counter; making both, tyler and josh flinch at the harsh sound.

tyler clears his throat, making his mother jump out of freight. "oh, hi honey you scared me." she said, putting her hand to her chest.

"oh hi josh." she acknowledged. josh nods at her. "why was he calling?" tyler inquires, arching his eyebrow.

he would be mad, angry, that after 10 years, he had the guts to even call, but he was more curious than mad, he genuinely wanted to know what he wanted.

"oh, you heard, um, well i honestly don't know. out of the blue i got a call about him wanting to see you." she shrugs. tyler nods.

"why did you get in suspended?, the school called. it's literally the second day of school tyler. your lucky school is starting and you won't miss any thing. school should be starting lessons next week." his mother says, tapping her foot and waiting for an answer.

tyler blushes slightly, "well, about that." tyler sucks his teeth. kelly rolls her eyes, "go on."

"so, you know that boy i told you about? well, he started rumors about me, of course i didn't care, but then the little bitch-"

"tyler" she says sternly.

"sorry, anyway he started bad mouthing josh mom. josh! he didn't even do anything! but that boy, that i still have no clue what his name is, nor do i care, touched josh. touched him. he put his grimy, filthy, hands on josh. i warned him not to but he tested me, and i passed of course." tyler shrugs at the end and looks over to a blushing josh.

kelly just looks at him, and nods her head. "um, ok, look tyler, i know your protective of josh but you can't go around beating people up and bruising your hands in the process. ok? i'm fine with you defending your fren just try not to get suspended next time."

tyler nods, "can we go now?"

kelly rolls her eyes, "yea, sure, leave."

tyler shrugs, "okay," and pulls josh and himself upstairs, taking their time since they had no reason to rush. the pair makes their way to tyler's room and josh falls out of the bed, tyler doing the same right beside him.

"wanna listen to ooouuu? i just downloaded it on my phone yesterday." josh says, singing the ooouuu part and slightly turning his head to the side to look at tyler. tyler pipes up quickly, scaring josh with the sudden action.

"hell yeah! that's like my favorite song right now!" tylers excitedly. josh just smiles at his excitement and gets up to plug his phone into his best fren's speakers. they have a thing for rap music.

as the intro starts playing, making both josh and tyler get up and sing the intro, getting into place for singing and dancing.

tyler grabbed a snap back and tossed josh a hoodie and they both put them on quickly, josh throwing his hood up.
