Steve x Reader

Y/N was training for a boxing match for her next match that'll be in a month. She doesn't really have many fans to support her, but when she steps in the ring, people give her respect. Y/N was the kind of person who takes no tolerance from no one and hates violence, which was why she learned boxing so she can stand up for herself and others.

One day, all the men and women were training in the same room. Usually, men and women have separate rooms to train in, but there were rats in the women's room so it has to be checked out so the rats will be gone. Everyone was minding their own business, until one guy kept messing with Y/N because he kept saying that she was scared of a little rat.

"Will you leave me alone? I'm not doing anything to deserve this. It's not my fault that I found a rat in the bathroom and told the manager about it." Y/N said.

"What a poor excuse for a woman. You could've killed the rat, weakling."

"The rat could've been infested with rabies, dumb*ss!" Y/N shot back.

That made him mad so he punched Y/N in front of everyone. He knocked her all the way to a table breaking it in half. Y/N couldn't feel her back and spine so she couldn't stand up. A tear rolled down her cheek from the stinging pain.

The man walked up to Y/N and punched her in the stomach. He hit her again and again and again until someone punched him across the room.

"Now you know that's no way to treat a woman." He said. Y/N looked and it was Steve Fox. THE STEVE FOX!!! "You should rest for now Miss. I can deal with him for you." And with that, Steve had his security guards take Y/N to a nearby hospital.

-meanwhile at the hospital-

Y/N's POV

The doctor said that I have to stay in the hospital for a couple of months. There goes my match and my paycheck. 😑

I was just laying in the bed looking up at the ceiling with my eyes closed. Then I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." The door opened and that person sat next to my bed.

"Are you okay Y/N?" That voice was familiar. I opened my eyes and saw Steve. Why is he here?

"Why are you here? Don't you have a match or something?"

"Not really. You had a match next month, but I guess that won't happen. I came to tell you that you'll still be getting your check next month."

"Oh. That's great news. Thanks. And how do you know my name?" I got curious about it.

"I took a lot of interest in you. I've seen you fight and you don't have many fans, do you?"

"Of course not. I don't see myself as an appealing person to many people-"

"But I see you as an appealing person. In fact, you're in interesting person to me."

"Y-you d-do?"

"Yes I do. And I want to get to know you more that I can." He left the room. I looked at my desk and he left a rose and a bracelet. I feel like I've seen that bracelet before.
