"7th of March.

i tried to stop my meds for two days, because i thought i am okay now. but i was wrong. i had a terrible attack by late night last night.

i was shaking and sweating. all i could hear is my pounding heart. i didn't know how many capsules i took in but i felt so dizzy when i woke up and i wasn't able to go to class. i think i was high. *giggles*
