Chapter 5-Gabriel's Plan

Queen Maralin's Pov

I look over at Adrien and then I call him over keeping a stern expression on my face I begin to speak.

"Young man you are soon to be married to my daughter your Father and I already knew this would happen. We already agreed the wedding is to take place six months after you propose for the latest."

Adrien then nods and looks over at Marinette I can see the love and adoration he has for her. Smiling I then call over Marinette I watch as my daughter walks over to me she has grown up into a mature and loving woman her father will be proud.

"Show him to your quarters okay my dear and also inform him of the plan Gabriel and I came up with"

She nods and takes Adrien's hand "so adorable" I think as I watch them slowly walk away while chatting like Gabriel and Emilie used to when they were a new couple.

Adrien's pov

As we enter our room I look over at Mari and pull her into my arms placing a soft kiss on her head. Today went surprisingly well the press got their answer and me and Marinette dont have to hide from the royal court anymore. to our room I look around and then at her and smile my blueberry angel.
Making some space between us I lift her up and spin around before looking around our room. All I can do when I take it in is sigh knowing that Natalie designed the room and Marinette found it nice.

Marinette's Pov

I look at Adrien's face as he observes our bedroom and stifle a laugh before gently pulling him towards another door.

"We thought that you would find it too much so we also designed another bedroom for you"

Hearing those words he looks at me with immense gratitude but the look fades when I continue to say.

"However we stuck to the original colour theme.
Opening the door I lead him into a room with black walls the ceiling light and the window wall gives it the brightness it needs.In the centre of the room is a bed covered in black as Natalie put it next to the bed are two chairs and a table holding white roses opposite the bed is a flat screen TV surrounded with shelves full of games and directly infront of the windows is a desk with the proper stationary equipment.

I watch as his fave lights up and he walks up to the desk to make him feel more at home we placed his laptop background as the picture of him and his late mother.

I then pass him a small box when he opens it he smiles and puts on the glasses.

"Your father told us that you needed reading glass and sent the prescription"

Hearing that he just shook his head and kissed me.

I look over at Adrien as the music plays he looks good in the suit I made for him. He gives me a playful wink before going back to his conversation with Nino.
I sigh and look at Alya we share a look before leaving the ballroom Gabriel Agreste had a plan in which he was introducing a new piece to the brand Nino,Alya,Adrien and I suited the looks the best so we are the models for it however we weren't going to use our actual names.Alya was given the name Lady Wifi/Rena Rouge and necklace along with a mask.Nino was Dj Bubbler/Carapace and well he was given a new set of headphones however he wanst featuring today,Adrien was Chat Noir and he was given a ring and a cat mask while I was Ladybug I was given earrings and a mask.

Today we would be announced so we had to get changed putting on my mask I look over at Alya and smile.

"You look great Rena" she nods and then leaves seeing as Adrien and I enter together after her and Nino.Smiling I leave and meet up with Adrien "Let's do this kitty"

We all walk into the room behind Gabriel and he introduces us we smile and bow before taking pictures with the queen and then we leave and take off our masks and change back into our original clothes and slipping into the ballroom acting like we never left.
At the end of the night we were exhausted and we rejoiced when everyone left.
