Chapter 24: Hellish Nightmares

So finally I update after a month. I had been working on this chapter for a while now, but I just couldn't get it finished. Even though I have a lot of free time now, I couldn't get it down. My class ended on December 7th, really early compared to the others. The classes normally end by the 18th or so, so I finished really early. Anyways I was trying to update as much as possible since I'll be on vacation for a while. I'm leaving on December 24th to a hotel then on the 25th I'll be boarding the plane. My first time on a plane. Oh my god, I'm so nervous!!!!

Anyways in the class I finished early on Monday Dec 5th we did the coke and mentos challenge. Well it was so much fun. Though I had some of the soda go up my nose, and I was completely soaked, my glasses were all wet, and so was my sweater. We were told by my professor that it was going to be submitted to AFV to see if it won or not. So I guess I'll be on t.v.

Back to the topic at hand. I don't know when I'll update this story, but I'll try to update soon. Also I'm sorry for any spelling and grammar errors.

They didn't want to go to sleep. The fear of sleep was so large that some even begun to shake in fear. The reason for that was only one. Nightmares. They're had nightmares ever since the day they were all rescued from that place that nearly killed two people they cared about.

Giotto gently squeezed Tsuna's hand, since Tsuna had grabbed onto Giotto's hand hoping that in some way it would take away the fear he felt. He in a way felt some comfort of not being alone, but the fear was still there. The dread of closing his eyes and going to sleep.

Gokudera, no matter how much he at times didn't like G much, he moved closer to G. He hated to admit that he was afraid, but indeed he was afraid. But one thing brought him comfort, he wouldn't be alone.

Yamamoto as well had grabbed onto Asari's hand. Sure Yamamoto tried to smile, and cheer everyone up, but he too was afraid. He couldn't do anything to make everything feel even a little better.

Chrome latched herself onto Elena's arm while Mukuro held her hand. Mukuro had seen much worse things in his life, especially when he was experimented on by the Estraneo. He knew pain he knew fear, but that was all for himself and no one else, after all some of the kids there didn't really have anything to do with him. But this time, this fear was for himself as well, but not a fear about a memory of himself, but for someone else. Someone who he had come to care for. Chrome was terrified of just closing her eye, she felt that if she closed her eye she would see everything that had happened again.

Hibari did not grab onto Alaude like most of the others had. The closest he had gotten as to grabbing Alaude, was to stand at a close but still far distance away from him. Close enough to feel reassured, but far enough to not feel crowded. He hated feeling so weak, but he couldn't help it. The feeling was just to great for even him to overcome.

Lambo. Poor Lambo shook like a leaf during a windy day at just the thought of sleep. He clung tightly to Lampo who was once again forced to carry him by Lambo and the others as well.

Enma as well had his hands held by both Cozarto, and Julia. He squeezed their hands like a lifeline. His only source of comfort at the moment.

While at the hospital they had all managed to sleep, well get as much sleep as they could since they at times had nightmares then. But since they were all practically sleeping in the same place, they had some comfort that they weren't alone, so they were able to sleep even if it was a few short hours.
