/SAM'S POV\
Sam was laying on his bed next to Dean, staring at the ceiling. He had his earbuds plugged in. Dean was asleep, but Sam was awake and listening to music.
I am not throwing away my shot....
Heyo, I'm just like my country, I'm young, scrappy and hungry,
And I am not throwing away shot!
Sam sighed sharply. He was tired, but he just couldn't get to sleep. In two days it would be Christmas. In two days..... he was going to do it.
Sam was going to ask Gabriel to marry him.
Of course, there were a few minor flaws in his plan. Gabriel never said 'I love you' anymore. Whenever Sam told him that, Gabriel's eyes turned cloudy and distant.
Was Gabe cheating on him? Had his love faded, along with Cas and Lucifer? Sam shook his worries away.
He already had the ring. Even if Gabriel wasn't ready, he would just keep the ring safe for a later time, or something. Something. He suspected Gabe wasn't going to stay yes..... they hadn't even been together for a full year.
Sam shook his worries away and stood up. He couldn't wait.
