Time went by quite fast for the four boys, the funeral day was here and they were not ready.

"I can't find my blazer." Louis mumbled to himself

"You're not fashionably ready while i'm not emotionally ready." Liam said laying down on his bed

Louis didn't hear Liam since he was searching everywhere for his blazer. He decided to stop being neat for a minute and start throwing clothes out of the way.

"Okay sure that helps you out a lot." Liam said rolling his eyes playfully

"Found it!" yelled Louis

"Great, let's -" 

"Wait where's my tie?" Louis asked 

Liam groaned and sat back down on Louis' bed. 

"Kidding here it is, let's go we have to pick up narry." Louis said chuckling

Liam shook his head and followed Louis out the door.

When they arrived to the building, Louis called for them to come down since he didn't want to go all the way to the last floor of the tall building.

"You do know that there's an elevator?" Niall said chuckling over the phone

"Yes but it takes too much time." Louis said sighing

"Look who's talking." mumbled Liam 

Louis slapped Liam's arm and although he didn't slap it hard enough, Liam still rubbed his arm.

Once Harry and Niall did finally get to Louis' car, the drive to the funeral seemed quite long. 

"We're here." Liam whispered and let out a long breath

"Are you okay?" Harry asked 

Niall looked at Harry as if he asked the most stupid question which Niall though it was.

"Sorry." Harry whispered

"No no. It's fine, i'm fine." Liam said with a fake smile

They got out of the car and arrived to the church, they took a seat towards the front and there was Zayn's casket with Zayn's body in it. (a/n: i don't know why but this is reminding me of pretty little liars.)  On top of the casket there was a framed picture of Zayn laughing and Liam was trying really hard not to cry but he knew it was going to be impossible after you lost the love of your life.

When they lowered the casket, Trisha stood by Liam's side and placed her hand on her shoulder. 

"Heaven has gained another angel. You made my son very happy Liam and I couldn't thank you enough for that. If you ever need anything always know that my home is your home and you're welcomed anytime." Trisha said giving Liam a motherly hug

Liam didn't trust his voice so he just hugged her back and nodded.

"Oh and Liam, those we love don't go away. They walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard but always near." Trisha said giving Liam a soft smile
