Hide and seek

The kids had ran out of the room five minutes ago. Dick was kind enough to tell them all six were it and that it was going to be fun.
But after counting to 60 they started looking. Barry was getting impatient (as always). Giving them a full minute to hide might be their worst decision tonight. At least they thought, they had no idea what was coming next.

"Uggg!! How long has it been? At least a hour right?"Barry asked

"Barry it's been like four or five minutes calm down" Hal responded

"Where should we go now?" Clark asked

"Well I have ran all over and your x-ray vision doesn't work in here, so how should I know?!" Barry yelled getting frustrated

-----------5 hours later------------

"This is pointless!" Arthur screeched

"Now now Arthur calm down" J'ohn said

"No he has a point!" A very annoyed Amazon princess yelled

"Boo!" Dick yelled making everyone jump.

"What where have you been?" Clark asked

"In a very special place" Dick laughed evilly

"Where are the others?" Barry asked

"How should I know. I took a nap and when I woke up I got bored so here I am. Have fun looking!"
Dick said before disappearing into the shadows

"Wait no! Where are you going?" Hal yelled

"My room to sleep and text a friend" Dick said from the shadows

"Great the only chance we had of finding them just disappeared!" Arthur screamed

"Oh I'm sure we will find them" Clark said with confidence

Boy was he wrong. After 40 minutes that confidence faded. They walked into the private living room to find all eight kids sitting there watching tv. Dick, Jason, Barbara, and Damian on one couch with Tim, Cassie, Steph and Terry on another. They had gathered though out the night that those were the two groups. Dick's group and Tim's group. They weren't sure which was worse yet.

"This is where you guys were?!" Arthur yelled

"Shh!!" Cassie motioned to a sleeping Terry

"Well this was fun, 5 hours and 45 minutes for hide n seek and we were here the entire time." Jason said with enthusiasm

"Maybe next time you should pay more attention to house tours. We had to breath the same air as this four incompetent imbeciles FOR FIVE HOURS AND 45 MINUTES!!" Damian screamed

"Well we better get to bed, big plans for tomorrow." Dick said and Barry nearly fainted.

"Yeah agreed. And that's really saying something because I'd rather have a lovely weekend at Joker's then agree with that douche." Tim said

After a few glares, death threats, one graceful punch to the face, and a lot of yelling the kids made there way upstairs to their rooms.

"Well what a day" Barry said then ran off to his room.

"Yeah what a day indeed" J'ohn said. The others laughed and everyone made there way to their rooms to get a good night sleep.

Little did they know tomorrow was going to be even worse and that war that was initiated at dinner was what those big plans Dick and Tim mentioned were about.
