Part 22: Beach Date

I woke up earlier than Amber so I can put in my contacts and make-up. I look in the mirror to see my eye is better but my bags are dark, and my lip isn't getting better. I put on skinny jeans and a shirt, I curl my hair some and put it in a half bun.

"You're up early." Amber says sleepily walking into the bathroom in an outfit already.

"It's only 7:45." I say leaving the restroom. I grab my new phone and called Trisha

"Hey, how was your first day of college?" Trisha asks

"It was okay. I have a date today." I say

"Emma," she starts

"Emma is dead Trish." I say

"Elena, you broke up with Mason just two days ago!" Trisha says

"We where never dating, okay?" I say and pace the room "is he trying to look for me?" I ask

"No, he's been having sex non-stop." She says sighing, I rub my temple

"At least he's not looking for me." I say "look, I have to go. I'll talk with you later." I hang up and throw my phone on the bed and fee Aniease

"Who's looking for you?" Amber asks startling me

"Um, just my friend. She wants to see me, but I don't want to." I say petting Aniease

"Elena, if you're in trouble-" she starts

"I'm fine Amber. Thanks though!" I say happily "nothing's wrong." I say slipping on my shoes.

"Okay." She says "you know Ash texted me last night asking for your number." She smiles at me "here tell him what it is." She says unlocking her phone and handing it to me, I text him my new number and hand her back the phone.

"Let's go." I say.

I get to my locker and grab books when someone wraps there arm around my waist and I jump

"Chill, it's me." I hear Ash say

"She's been jumpy all day." Amber says from behind my locker door.

"No I haven't." I said. My phone dings and I check it to see Trisha texted me

'He's going crazy!' She texted me

"You okay Elena?" Ash asks me

"You guys go ahead I'll catch up." I say and they go. I call Trisha "what's wrong?" I ask

"He just went crazy when a blonde came into his room, he yelled and said he wants brunettes." She says through the phone I lean on my locker

"Where's Lance?" I ask

"Trying to calm him down." Her voice cracks

"Go into the bathroom and lock the door, don't come out." I say and start to walk to my class "I think Lance and Mason are yelling at each other." She said

"Stay in the bathroom and don't go out." I say. Baxter sees me in the hall

"Let's go Elena." He says to me, I sigh and keep walking while talking to her

"I don't hear anything." Trisha says over the phone

"Don't go out." I repeat "I have to go, think of your baby." I say and hang up. I sit in between Ash and Amber

"Is everything okay?" Amber asks and I nod. I get a text from Trisha again

'They've stopped fighting. I think Lance is in our room now.' She texted
