1 Year Ago-
I hold my head in my hands,Katelyn rubs my back.
Laurence had just left to be in the Air Force.
For a year.
We've been married for 2 months.
I cry thinking of the face he gave me before he left.I held my tears in while he boarded a plain.
Then I broke down,in the middle of the airport.
It was his dream to be in the Air Force,so I support him.
2 days later-
I was sleeping peacefully in my bed,dreaming about My Little Horseys.
I feel a sudden sickness in my stomach,and start to cough.
I slowly open my eyes,and get up quickly running to the bathroom.I hover over the toilet puking.
I stands up and walk back to bed.
Am I sick?Ive also had back pain...
I should go to the doctor tomorrow.
Morning-
I walk into the doctors office,my hair in a messy bun.
I've got yoga pants on and a purple shirt.I sign in my name and wait for my name to be called.
"Aphmau Pheonix!"A women calls.
I stand up and she smiles at me.I follow her to check my weight,and height.
"Step right up here.."She tells me,I step onto the scale.

"What?I've gained 2 pounds in three days...."I say confused.
"Of course your still 4'11,so let's get you checked up!"She smiles at me walking off to a room,I follow her and I sit down in a chair.
"Doctor James will be her in just a few minutes!"She says,full of glee."Thank you Mrs!"I say smiling at her,she walks out.
I ant believe I've gained 2 pounds in that short of time..I've eatin two cupcakes,salad,fruit salad,and chicken nuggets...
Suddenly a man walks through the door,smiling at me.
"Hi miss Aphmau,Im doctor James!"He sticks out his hand and I shake it.
"So tell me what's been goin on..."He takes out a pen and joys stuff down on his clip board.
I tell him about gaining that weight,night sickness,and my back pain.
"I think we should get an ultrasound,to just check in you.."He says smiling,taking out some gel.
"Lay down on the bed,and this may be cold on your stomach..."He says.
I stand up and lay down on the bed,and feel the cold substance on my belly.
He looks around up at a screen,moving the stick around in my stomach.
His eyebrows scrunch,and he smiles slightly.
"Aphmau,I've got some good news for you!"He says excitedly.
I nod my head,at least it's good news.
"Your pregnant!"
1 month later-
I pull up scope,and click on Laurence's name.
He pops up on the screen."Hi babe!"He yells excitedly.
"Hi Laurence!"I yell happily.
"How's my prince or princess doing..?"He ask referring to the small baby in me.
"Well-YOUR A DAD DUDE!?"I hear a voice yell.
"Chad,this is my wife,Aphmau."He says gesturing to the screen.
"Who's Chad?"I ask curiously.
"A good friend of mine hear..."He laughs lightly.
"As I was saying,I'll find out the gender!"I yell excitedly.
I suddenly start to hear yelling.
"L-Laurence what's going o-on...?"I ask nervously.
"I-I've gotta go Aphmau!"He yells standing up,his camo clothes blend in with the green background.
"I love you."He says,turning off the scope call.
I sink in my chair,scared of what could happen to him.
M-Maybe it was just something going on with a plain....
4 Months later-
I sit in Krispy Creme shoving a chocolate donut in my mouth.Katelyn,Garroth,Zane,and Travis joined me for a little outing.
"My Irene aphmau,it's not going anywhere.."Zane says akwardly.
"I'm eating for two Zane,you try being pregnant..."I say to him angrily.
"Hormones!!"Katelyn tells laughing,
I glare at her and eat my donut.
"When was the last time you talked to Laurence?"Garroth asks me.
"Last night,he got hurt about a month ago.."I sat drinking my coffee.
"What happend?"Katelyn asks.
"He was playing cards with a few other people,and some guy accused him of cheating.So he pushed Laurence into a window,and it broke.He has a really big scar on his shoulder.."I say sadly,remembering him show me the scar.
He's gonna be home soon,right after I have my baby girl.
Elizabeth.
6 months later-
I sit down at my desk turning on the computer,to skype Laurence.
He answers and a bunch of guys are sitting behind him.
"Hi!"I say waving.
"Hey Aph!And Elizabeth!"He yells smiling.
"There's only in person there,Laurence.."A guy mutters.
Chad smack his forehead.
"His wife's pregnant,dingus..."He mutters.
"Anyways,how big is your stomach...?"He asks,I smile standing up.
I stand sideways,and he smiles at me growing belly.
"I can't wait to meet her.."He says.
"I can't believe I'm missing her birth.."He says disappointedly.
"Your coming back a day after her do date,so you might not miss it.."I say hopefully.
He smiles at me.
"I love you."He says sweetly.
"I love you too Laurence.."
9 months later-
Of course I give birth the day before Laurence gets back..I sit in the hospital bed,holding baby Elizabeth.
Sleeping peacefully.
She has my black hair,a few pieces showing on top of her hair.
And she had Laurence's blue eyes.
She's incredibly beautiful..Words can't describe how munch I love her.
I see the group of friends walk through the door,Cadenza walks over and pears at her.
"Hi..I'm your aunt denza..."She says sniffling a bit.
"Great job Aphmau..."Cadenza says rubbing my shoulder.
The small child slowly opens her eyes,and looks at me.
"Hi Elizabeth.."I say kissing her forehead.
"Wanna hold her...??"I ask Cadenza,she smiles and nods.
I hand Elizabeth to her,and everyone aws.
Cadenza hold her,rocking her slightly.
"Laurence will be so happy..."Garroth says.
Coming home-
I stand with Elizabeth in my arms,waiting in the airport.
Everyone is here waiting for Laurence.
I see a familiar face,is that Chad..?
He looks over and notices the baby in my arms.
He charges over,and looks at her amazed.
I laugh at his expression,and Elizabeth opens her eyes.
"Awww!Shes got his eyes!!"Chad shouts jumping up and down.
"CHAD!!"I hear a women yell.
I look up and see a short girl with red hair.
"That's my sister,gotta go!"He yells running off and giving his sister a long hug.
Suddenly,my eyes are met with beautiful blue eyes.
"L-LAURENCE!!"I yell happily.He smiles a huge smile and runs toward me,while I speed walk with the baby.
"He collides with me,and kisses my lips.
We separate and he looks at the baby,looking up at him.
"O-Oh my I-Irene.."He covers his mouth.
I hand her to him,and he looks at her closely.
"She so beautiful..."He says,kissing her forehead.
She laughs at him,and hugs his face.
"She knows your her dad.."I say happily.
He walks over still looking at Elizabeth.
He smiles at the group of people.
"No hug from my sister?"He ask sadly.
She laughs and hugs him.
This is perfect.
