This story will take place during the period of slavery in no specific area. Not all historical information will be correct, the story's primary focus is not on the time period but of the characters that are placed there.
This story is all mine. This idea popped into my head during a history class about the Civil War.
This story is much different than anything I have written before so bare with me.

I put abuse in quotations because it is not going to be as prevalent in the story.
This version of Harry is from my creation. This doesn't fully reflect the actual Harry Styles just his physical appearance. If you want to picture someone else gladly do so.
Most importantly: THIS STORY IS NOT TO OFFEND ANYONE OR ANY RACE. THIS STORY'S FOCUS IN ON AN INTERRACIAL ROMANCE AND HOW THIS TIME PERIOD WOULD EFFECT IT. (Almost like a Romeo and Juliet lol)
I want this story to be enjoyed by EVERYONE. Not taken offensively. Please if you have any issues PM me. But even though this story will not be fully accurate historically, "offensive" language that was used around this time may (or may not) be used. So if you get triggered by that I wouldn't suggest reading. But once again that is not something that would happen repeatedly throughout the story.
Since these warnings are written here doesn't mean they are going to be used. This is only the beginning and since I'm indecisive asf. We will just have to see. I just wanted to throw this out there before there is a kerfuffle. 😊
