What if I never got to feel her again, touch her again, kiss her again, hear that laugh? The boys arrived, they seemed nervous. I recounted what had happened and Calum looked very guilty. "Oh my god. The last time I talked to her I told her we weren't friends and that I wanted nothing to do with her." His eyes teared up but he blinked them away.

Michael and Ashton looked guilty too.

"Mr.Hemmings?" A nurse said. I shot up and walked over to her. She escorted me to (Y/N)'s room where a doctor waited.

(Y/N) laid there, helpless. She couldn't breathe on her own. Her body was limp. The heart monitor eerily beeped. "Mr.Hemmings, (Y/N) has gone into a coma. Her head injuries have been fixed. She has a broken arm and a bruised lung. We do not know when she will wake up. As of now, I expect she will wake up at some point, but things could worsen." The doctor said. He patted my shoulder and left.

I sat down on the chair next to (Y/N) I placed my head in my hands. "Damn it (Y/N)" I said looking up at her. "You took my heart, and if you die you'll take it with you. Stay alive baby please. I need you. You're my life." A tear ran down my cheek. The boys entered the room. A tear slipped down Michaels cheek. Calum showed no emotion. Ashton came over and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm so sorry (Y/N)" Calum said. "Can she hear us?" Calum asked. "No, the doctor doesn't think so." Luke said staring at the wall.

--Calums POV--

"Luke why don't we get you cleaned up?" I said.

"No! I won't leaved her side...I-I can't lose her again. It's all my fault, the least I can do is stay here with her." He spat, his voice cracked like he was going to cry.

The boys and I made eye contact. Luke was a mess. If (Y/N)... if (Y/N)... died, he wouldn't be able to take it. "Well stay with you the whole time buddy." I said. We all sat down and sat in silence.

--Lukes POV--

It had been 2 weeks since the accident, (Y/N) was still in a coma. I have been here the whole time. I'm not leaving her side.

The doctor entered the room and did some tests. "Mr. Hemmings, I have good news, (Y/N) should be able to hear you now. She isn't out of the woods, but that's some progress. If there's anything you'd like to say to her, please do it could help." The doctor left.

(Y/N) could hear me?! That's progress! I had a tiny glimmer of hope, but anything could happen...I could still lose her. I called in the boys because I knew they would want to say something.

"(Y/N) we're so sorry. You might've done something terrible, but you're like a sister to us and we shouldn't have just given up on you like that. Everyone deserves another chance, and I hope that you'll get one. Please wake up, come back to us." Ashton said and kissed her forehead. Calum and Mikey went up to her and held her hand for a moment, but the three of them left.

--Your POV--

No matter how much you wanted to, you couldn't open your eyes, or say something. You were frozen. You could hear. You heard the boys and it was amazing to hear them forgive you.

--Lukes POV--

"(Y/N), I love you. What you did was awful. But I love you. You mean the world to me. You saved me. Mentally, and now, well physically. You jumped in front of a car for me and I would do the same for you, If I can get you back." I started to cry.

"I'm willing to forgive you, because my love for you is greater then my anger and betrayal I felt from what you did. My love for you comes before everything. My love for you will conquer everything, which is how I know you'll get through this. I swear if the last thing I say to you ends up being 'I'm done' I don't know what I'll do. You're by best friend, and my love. You're my rock, I can't go on without you. If not for yourself, wake up for me. You're my everything." I wiped the tears from my cheek and kissed her cheek. I held onto her hand.

"If I never get to hug you, and feel you hug me back again, I don't know what i'll do. Come back to me."

--Your POV--

For Luke to forgive you was everything. You had done something so awful and he was able to forgive you. You wanted to hug him and kiss him and tell him you were sorry. Suddenly, Lukes words began to fade out. You couldn't hear him anymore.

--Lukes POV--

(Y/N) started to shake. What was happening? "Doctor!" I shouted. The world seemed to stop around me for a moment, Oh no, this couldn't be it.
