Forgotten Memories [Zumin]

Vial 3

Jumin's heartbeat was beating more quickly than usually, and tears were forming in his eyes. The 27-year old man walked slowly away from his small group of friends, heading to the front of the aquarium. He grabbed the handkerchief from his jacket pocket, wiping his tears away.

He doesn't remember me..... Luciel wasn't kidding...... "WHAT DO I DO?!" yelled Jumin, falling to the ground. "What do I do....."

Jumin then looked at his left hand, the silver ring sparkling in the sunlight. He got up, and caressed his ring finger, smiling warmly at it.

~{Flashback}~

"Could I have those rings?" Jumin asked the woman behind the counter. The rings he had pointed to were two silver engagement rings. The woman nodded, handing Jumin a pair of the silver rings. He then payed for them, and then exited the jewelry store.

When Jumin came home, Zen was practicing his lines for an upcoming play he was participating in. Jumin could softly hear Zen say a couple of his lines from the next room over. "I will never let go of you, my love. All of the other men need to be pushed away, I will be your knight in shining armor; protecting you from those beastly men."

Jumin walked into the room; wrapping his long arms around Zen's waist. "Why, hello, 'my knight'~" Jumin said seductively as he whispered into Zen's ear. "Uh, Jumin!" Zen said as he turned a bright red, dropping his script onto the floor. "Y-you're home...."

"I'm glad you noticed," Jumin smirked as he kissed Zen's forehead, tucking a couple of strands of hair behind his ear. "I have a gift for you, Zen."

"Gift? Look, I know it's almost Christmas and all....but you didn't need to get anything. Being with you all night long, cuddling with you, is gift enough." smiled Zen, tilting his head just ever so slightly to the left.

"But, this is important." Jumin said sternly.

"Alright, what is it?" Zen asked, rolling his eyes at the 27-year old.

Jumin took out a small blue box; revealing the two silver engagement rings. Zen only let out a small gasp before starting to tear up.

"Hyun Ryu, will you marry me after the next RFA party?" Jumin asked, a warm blush brushing his cheeks.

"J-Jumin...... I-I.... I don't know what to say...."

"A 'yes' would be lovely~" teased Jumin, coming closer to Zen. "Well,"

"Yes..... I can't wait to be married to you...." sighed Zen, wrapping his arms around his lover.

Jumin slipped the silver rings onto his and Zen's left hands, kissing him gently but passionately.

"We were going to get married after the next RFA party that's in a week......." whimpered Jumin, dumping his head into his hand as he dropped onto the ground again, malfunctioning.

"Jumin? What are you doing on the ground?" a voice asked him.

As Jumin looked up, his saw V. "J-Jihyun..... What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to take some pictures of the animals in the aquarium. I just love such aesthetic creatures like jellyfish and starfish." sighed V. "Now, why are you on the ground?"

"Zen..... Zen and I were to be wed after the next RFA party and.... Wait,"

"What is it?"

"How can you take pictures if your blind?" Jumin asked his childhood friend bluntly.

"I can still see out of my left eye. Let me have fun." V retorted, helping Jumin up.

"Right," sighed Jumin.

"Where's Jumin?" Zen asked as he looked around the aquarium, looking for a black haired man.

"He took a step outside," explained Saeyoung.

"Do you remember anything?" asked MC.

"Well, I think there was something to do with this ring that's on my left hand, but I can't put my finger on it...." sighed Zen. He touched his ring, and examined it thoroughly. Why does it feel like this ring was important to me?
