Do you ever wonder
What we could have been?
Do you ever lie back in bed
And close your eyes
And see me?
See what we were trying to be?
Or is it already gone,
Have you already decided
That I don't matter?
Do I matter?
I know that I see us.
We live together
Behind my closed eyelids
And I just can't seem to escape
I relive every move
I ever made
And I wonder if I'm the one
Who ruined it.
