This is a fanfiction of a book series here on Wattpad called the Underworld Chronicles by rotXinXpieces. (An amazing author that you guys should totally check out, by the way.)
I do have permission to use these characters.
This fanfiction, however, is a pirate AU where the characters are, indeed, pirates. I really can't explain how I came up with this, all I can say is that an idea formed and then it got worse from there on (or better?).
It'll take place in kind of a mid-1800s-ish time, so the way they talk won't be as modern.
If you know the series, you know that these characters aren't mortal, but in this fanfiction, they are. The world they're in will be like the mortal world, but with places that don't really exist.
So, yeah, there's that. I felt I needed to explain in case anyone was confused.
