Michelle’s point of view
After Spencer left the house, I decided to make some homework first. I turned on my laptop to search some information, when I saw Garcia was online. I clicked on her name to invite her.
“Hey!” I said when I saw Garcia.
“Hi!” she said back.
“I saw you were online, so I thought it would be fun to chat.” I said.
“Sunshine, don’t you have homework to do?” she asked me with a smile.
“Penelope, don’t you have work to do?” I said sarcastically.
“Touché!” she smiled. “So how does it feel, being home alone for the first time?”
“Normal… I don’t know why it should feel so different. My parents worked a lot, so I was home alone almost every day since I was 14.” I answered. A phone rang at Garcia’s office.
“Sorry, I have to take that.” She said when she rolled her chair to the other side of her office.
“Hi, the answers for all your questions here… Yes, I know… Off course… Vince Thiemings… Yes, I’ll be searching faster than light, bye.” Was what I heard.
“Got a case?” I asked.
“Yes, but we can still chat, right?”
“Off course… I’ll just draw or make homework when you work.”
So when she started typing, I began my drawing. I wanted to draw Spencer for a while, so now I could finally start it, because I wanted it to be a surprise for him.
“What are you drawing?” Garcia asked after 30 minutes of typing.
“Spencer…” I answered, kind of ashamed. I showed her what I got so far.
“Wow… that looks amazing, and it isn’t even finished.”
“Thank you…” I said. Then my phone started ringing.
“Hold on, I got to take it. It’s probably Spencer checking if I’m alright.” I said. I walked away from the table to the phone and saw I was right: the caller was Spencer.
“Hi, with Michelle.” I said.
“Hi Michelle, with Spencer. Are you alright?” he asked. I wanted to answer him, but I felt a huge pain in the back of my head, I fell onto the ground. I heard Spencer on the phone saying: “Hello?” and then everything went black.
