When The Seconds Change

Chapter 15

Cisco created a breach to National City, where Supergirl was. It took a couple of tries, but they got there. 

"This better be the right place. Cuz if this isn't the right place, someone's about to be real confused." 

The door opened and in came Kara Danvers.

"Barry?"

"Hey."

"I knew it! I knew that was you. I knew it was you in the weird space."

"Sorry. It took a couple of tries to get here. This is my friend, Cisco."

"Well, friend is a loose term. We work together. Hi. Cisco. I have to say. This is a nice universe you got here." 

"Thank you."

"Do you remember last year when I helped you out and you promised to do the same for me?" 

Without hesitation, Kara asked, "What are we up against?"

All the teams were together and waiting for Barry. Emely came along and pretty soon Barry was back with Cisco and Emely screamed.

"Oh my God!" She walked over and hugged the person she thought was Superman. 

"Wait, you're not Superman."

"No. I'm Supergirl. Superman is my cousin."

Emely widened her eyes. "Seriously?"

"Yeah." 

Emely turned to her husband. 

"Can we please keep her?" Kara laughed.

"Barry, you said you were bringing an alien."

"This is my friend, Kara Danvers, or on her Earth-"

"Supergirl!" They looked at Emely. 

"I love Superman. She's the closest thing."

"What makes her so super?"

Kara flew up and shot a beam from her eyes which made the logo on her suit.

"I'm convinced." 

"Best. Team Up. Ever!"

Emely returned to S.T.A.R Labs with Wally while everyone else was teamed up. 

"It must suck not being able to use your powers for awhile."

"Yeah. But it's worth it." Emely smiled. 

"You and Barry are really lucky."

"We are, but as I recall, you had a crush on a certain Earth-2 speedster."

"Jesse and I are just friends."

"Mhm. So friends kiss each other?"

"Maybe if they like each other?" 

"Aww. You like her." 

Wally blushed. "Yeah. She's great." 

"You'll see her again."

Wally nodded. "I know. I gotta go somewhere. Are you gunna be fine?"

"Yeah. I'll be fine." 

Wally sped off and Emely was left alone. 

"Well, babies, looks like it's just me and you two." Emely smiled as she placed a hand on her bump. 

Emely made herself busy and Wally returned shortly.
