Okay, yeah my luck is increasing by the second.

Here's what I found that might work to help summon good Heroes.

1. Save up your orbs until you have 20 of them.
2. When your about to summon, click on various orbs multiple times, as if you're having a hard time deciding which one to choose.
3. Finally choose the one your gut thinks it's best and summon.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the rest of the orbs.
(This helped me get Lyn, Tiki, and Chrom ^^.)
5. Make sure that no matter what you do, don't be hasty. It's bad.
