Hye Kyo's mom quickly bring her to the nearest hospital, after a while the doctor is out from the room.
"How's Hye Kyo?" Hye Kyo's mom ask
"She's fine, it's normal if her head is hurt sometimes. Let's wait until she wake up" the doctor say
Hye Kyo's mom and others went inside the room.
"Mom, why I'm here?" Hye Kyo ask as she wake up
"Your head hurt earlier" Hye Kyo's mom say
"Who is he? Where is Joong ki?" Hye Kyo ask pointing at siwon
"He's your soon to be fiancé" Hye Kyo's mom say
"What?!, My only fiancé is Joong ki not him" Hye Kyo say and get up from the bed
"Where are you going dear?" Hye Kyo's mom ask
"To find my real fiancé mom" Hye Kyo say but before she go, Joong ki is coming
"Hye Kyo" Joong ki say can't look her in the eye
"I hate you!!,you say you'll never leave me but what? You let me to married the guy I don't even know" Hye Kyo say hitting Joong ki
'I-i' don't have any other choice" Joong ki say in apologetic way
"I was on the way to meet you at the park, then a truck hit my car and I don't remember" Hye Kyo say
Joong ki can't say anything, he just look at Hye Kyo's mom.
"Is my mom behind all of this?" Hye kyo ask pointing at her mom
once again Jonng ki can't say anything because he doesn't want Hye kyo to angry or hate her mom, joong ki know the reason behind all of this.
"That's mean yes if you didn't answer me" Hye Kyo say
"Mom!!" Hye Kyo say looking annoyed already
"OK fine, I told Joong ki to not stay close with you and to be your cousin from now on" Hye Kyo's mom say
"What?! Mom! How dare you?" Hye Kyo say in frustration
"I'm sorry dear, but you were.." Hye Kyo's mom say
"I was what? Amnesia?, But it doesn't mean that you can do that to me mom" Hye Kyo shout
"Hye Kyo control yourself, it's not your mom fault its my fault too" Joong ki say try to make Hye Kyo stay calm
"I-i just missed you so much, and I hate myself for forgetting about you" Hye Kyo say sitting on the bed
"It's OK, because I believe that you will remember me one day and you did remember me now" Joong ki say
"I'm sorry too dear, I shouldn't do that to you" Hye Kyo's mom say
"What about our talk earlier?" Mrs Choi ask
"Sorry, but I think that we have to cancel the marriage" Hye Kyo's mom say
"Thank God, let's go mom. I never like her anyway" siwon say
Mrs and Mr Choi is not angry because they also know that it's not right to force their son.
Joong ki start to kneel down and hold Hye Kyo's hand.
"Will you marry me?" Joong ki ask in full confident
"Ya!, There's my mom and my dad" Hye Kyo say in embarrassment
"I don't care because I don't want to wait anymore, I'm scared that I might lose you again" Joong ki say while holding out a ring
"Yes" Hye Kyo say in excitement then joong ki put on the ring
"then let's talk about the date for your marriage" Hye Kyo's mom say
"how about tomorrow" joong ki say
"ya!! did you think its a birthday party? Its our wedding we have to plan everything first" Hye kyo say with happiness all over her face
"Let's plan everything together" joong ki say
1 year later on Hye Kyo and Joong Ki's wedding day.
"Are you ready?" Hye Kyo's mom ask looking at her pretty daughter
"I'm really nervous mom, I can't breathe" Hye Kyo say try to control her breath
"No need to be nervous, just say vows then everything is done" Hye Kyo's mom say like she's not nervous when she get married
"Uhmm mom, you told me that you were also nervous on your wedding day so don't say something that you can't even do" Hye Kyo say
"OK, now take a deep breath because we have to go out now" Hye Kyo's mom say
Hye Kyo hold on to her dad's hand and walk to the aisle, Joong Ki's been waiting there with a bright smile on his face. Hye Kyo look so pretty with a white love cut wedding dress, and a natural make up.  after their marriage, Joong ki has build up his very own company eventhough its a small company but Joong ki quite proud with it especially with their 2 beautiful daughter. Song a ra is 5 years old and song ha Na is 4 years old.
"Eomma!!!, A ra eonnie fell down" ha Na yell from outside
"Aigoo, let's go inside" Hye kyo say
"Appa!!!" Ha Na yell as she saw Joong ki come
"Aigoo, our cute daughter" Joong ki say
"Appa, we will live together forever right?" Song A ra ask out of the blue
"Of course we will" Joong ki say
"Our family will live together forever and happily ever after" Hye Kyo say

Hopefully in real life Joong ki and Hye Kyo will be a real couple and build a family just like in the story.
