"Please no, please no, please no, please no," she begged, taking in a deep and shaky breath as, slowly, she turned the test towards her.

And there it was.

The little plus sign staring right back at her; the massive YES she was dreading. She furrowed her eyebrows as a wave of emotions came over her. Anger, worry, sadness. She clenched her fists as hot tears fell down her cheeks

"Damn it!" She exclaimed, hitting the wall as she shook her head, letting out a sob.

At the bar, Isaac and Rachel were stood by the jukebox so that Dean and Sam couldn't hear

"I... I know." The redhead looked at him oddly "About the baby." he told her, his expression changing a little when he saw just how confused Rachel was at his words.

"I don't have a baby," she told him blatantly. Isaac furrowed his eyebrows

"But I, Veronica and Lily found your pregnancy test back at the motel," Dean told her. Rachel shook her head, starting to look more worried

"Isaac, I never took a pregnancy test." She emphasised

"But we found a test in the trash. If you're not pregnant then that means- " The two suddenly stared at one another in realisation as they heard the door of the bar opening. Isaac looked up and saw Lily walking through it, almost in tears. She noticed the sympathetic yet shock expressions on their faces as they looked at her and soon paled in realisation

"Oh, crap." She whispered to herself, a very worried and frightened look on her face as she slowly took a deep breath.

In the 1973 Winchester house, 1973! Dean's eyes turned yellow, revealing he was possessed by the yellow-eyed demon. He raised his hand and the chairs that Dean, Lily and Sam were sitting on slammed against the wall. The three glared but appeared unable to move.

Sam glared at the demon

"You don't want these people's souls." The demon shook his head

"No, I just want their children." He stated

"Why any of them?" Dean asked

In the vision of the Winchester house, They watched as the past Yellow-Eyed Demon slices his own wrist with his nail. He dripped some of the blood onto Baby Sam's mouth.

Yellow-eyes (voiceover from "In the Beginning", 4x03): "I'm gonna stand over their crib and I'm gonna bleed into their mouths."

The demon smirked. He watched as his past self moved towards Veronica's crib, dripping blood into her mouth too
