In Lily's motel room, the pounding on the door continued as Lily shoved things into her duffel bag. Lily had finally had enough. She stormed over to the door, ready to scold Rachel. However, she opened the door to find Sam, close to tears and staring down at Lily. She stared up at him in shock, letting out a shaky breath.

"W-wh-" Lily stammered. Lily noticed his expression had changed from an angry and confused expression to one of sympathy and sadness. She stared back at him in hope that he didn't know.

"You're pregnant?" Lily sighed, closing her eyes and shaking her head. She looked up at Sam, furrowing her eyebrows and pursing her lips as she tried not to cry before letting out a sharp breath and giving a small nod along with a shrug

"Told you I could keep a secret."

In the hallway, Lily spoke to Blair as tears fell down her cheeks

"I can't... I can't do it, I can't tell him." She began to cry as she spoke "A-and every time I think about it I just see his heartbroken face and I just picture him... walking out the door and.. and never..." she sniffed as she cried, wiping her eye "never coming back." Blair folded her arms, looking at Lily sadly and sympathetically

In the stairwell, Dean glared a little at the thought of sharing Lily's secret before he finally couldn't accept his younger brother walking out on her like this. He groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose before finally giving in, looking up at his brother

"Lily's pregnant!" He blurted out. Sam froze on the stairs, not being able to bring himself to turn around from the shock. He looked at his brother worriedly, letting out a shaky breath.

He put his hands on her arms, looking down at her sadly

"I'm not gonna leave you, Lily." She continued to stare in shock "Not now, not ever." tears filled her eyes before she suddenly grabbed ahold of him, gripping his jacket as she pulled him into a tight hug, crying into his shoulder. Sam hugged her back just a tightly, planting a gentle kiss on her head.
