In the warehouse, The door burst open and a handsome man in a business suit and trenchcoat stalked in.

The light bulbs above his head shattered in a shower of sparks as he passed them. As he approaches, Dean, Lily, Sam and Isaac all opened fire, but the shots didn't even slow him down.

In the warehouse, Dean and Castiel were stood before one another

"Who are you?" Dean asked

"Castiel," Cas answered blatantly

"I mean what are you?" Dean asked, still glaring. Castiel looked over at him

Lightning flashed, and on Castiel's back, great shadowy wings appeared, stretching off into the distance.

Castiel (voiceover): I'm an Angel of the Lord."

The light went out and the image disappeared, leaving Dean staring in shock

"Some angel you are." He told him with a glare. Castiel let out a sigh

Castiel (VoiceOver): "My true form. It can be..."

At the gas station, A high-pitched single tone began, and Dean clutched his left ear in pain as he continued to pour salt with his right hand. As it continued, he dropped the salt and crouched to the floor, groaning in agony.

Castiel (VoiceOver): "My true form. It can be... overwhelming to humans,"

In the gas station, The window above his head shattered as the sound continued, and he dropped to the floor. He leaped to his feet to try to escape, and more glass on the ceiling and walls shattered

Castiel (VoiceOver): "and so can my real voice."

At the motel, The painfully high-pitched noise began again, Sam and Lily fell to the floor, covering their ears and groaning in pain as Dean grabbed his right ear, keeping the weapon up in his left hand. A mirror on the ceiling shattered and rained broken glass down on the three. Dean crumples to the ground, clutching both ears as all the glass in the room shatters explosively.

In the warehouse, Cas tilted his head as he looked at Dean "But you already knew that." Dean stared in realization "Certain people, special people, can perceive my true visage. I thought you would be one of them. I was wrong." Dean glared

"And what visage are you in now, huh?" He asked

"This?" Cas asked, holding his trench coat "This is... a vessel." Dean glared

"You're possessing some poor bastard?" He asked. Castiel nodded

"He's a devout man, he actually prayed for this." He assured Dean. Dean shook his head with a glare

From "I Know What You Did Last Summer" (4x09)

In the motel, Ruby and sat up, sweaty and panting and completely undressed as they kissed

Dean (VoiceOver): "Something major must have happened while I was downstairs. I come back, and you're BFF with a demon?"

Ruby suddenly pulled away gasping as she rested her forehead against Veronica's, gripping her shoulder and closing her eyes tightly.

Sam (VoiceOver) "Why do you trust her so much?"

Veronica bit her lip as she watched the demon, clearly satisfied by her reaction. She leaned forwards, kissing Ruby again before pulling away again allowing her to breathe.
