The Party

Chapter 14

Looking between Amara and Rhys, I couldn't help but smile but that moment just got ruined by the growing snarls and growls in the room. Shit, this isn't going to end well.

"Rhys, snap out of it, get Amara out of here, bring her back to her house to get whatever she needs and wait for me. Amara is coming with us, okay" I told him.

"What's going on Ruby? why are they acting like this?" Rhys asked looking confused.

"I will explain later but right now you need to get her out of here. She has no idea who I am or who you are, wait til I get back so I can explain everything to her" I said.

"Okay, but be careful Ruby, there is more wolves here than vampire's. You're going to have to tell me who the other vampire here is" Rhys said seriously.

"I will, now just go Rhys" I said sternly.

Once they started to walk out the door, I turned to face the of pissed off wolves. Killian made an attempt to move toward me but I put my hand up stopping him.

"This is you're fault, if you hadn't come along, Amara wouldn't be mate's to a vampire and we wouldn't have to banish her and kill him" Gabriel said completely pissed off.

"Let's get one thing clear, you won't be touching one hair on his head and as for her mate being a vampire, that is her destiny, the moon goddess choice not your's. She is coming to live with me and if you do anything to stop us or hurt us, I will give you more than a taste this time of what I am capable of" I warned him.

"You don't tell me what to do in my own pack house vampire, who do you think you are?" he sneered.

"Someone not to be fucked with, I thought you would have learnt by now Gabriel, seen I have already kicked your ass a couple of times" I smirked.

That did it. His pride got the better of him and he shifted into his large wolf. Everyone of the wolves in the room smirked except for the one's who have seen me fighting their alpha before. I tilted my head to the side and smirked. Gabriel lunged towards me. I didn't move, I watched him come towards me in slow motion and when he got close enough, I grabbed him by the scruff of his neck, twisted and swung him around sending him flying into the crowd of wolves, knocking them down like a bowling ball. I looked at Killian whose eyes have turned black with fury but I shook my head letting him know I have this covered. Gabriel got to his feet and shook his head before moving towards me snarling. I gave him a smile as the other's around him shifted into their wolves. Killian walked towards me and stood beside me.

"Don't worry Ruby, between your power's and mine we can hold them back" he smiled taking my hand.

I thought of the worst level of pain and push it out towards them. Row by row they dropped to the ground, their bodies curling in on themselves trying to manage the pain. I pulled my power back and watched them sigh in relief. Using my telekinesis, I picked Gabriel off the floor and held him upright in the air, facing me. I walked toward him, with a smirk.

"You ever threaten my family again, I will kill you. You so much as look at Amara is a way I don't like, I will inflict so much pain you will be begging for the release of death. You and you're pack have fucked with the wrong family. Didn't anyone ever warn you not to mess with the Royals" I said with anger lacing my voice.

His eyes widened in shock as the realisation of who I'm am kicked in.

"You're a royal" he asked shocked.

"Yes I am and if you try touch one of us again, I will wipe out you're pack myself. I'm not the only one with the gift to cause pain, but that person can also cause you're death with one thought" I told him.

"We won't touch you're precious royal family, just keep Amara away from us or we will deal with her ourselves. She isn't a royal" he sneered.

"Actually you're wrong on that, Amara is a royal, so touching her  won't end well for you. Are we clear" I asked.

"Crystal" he grinded out.

"Good" I said.

Walking towards a smiling and proud Killian, I turned around and sent them all flying back into wall with my telekinesis. Taking Killian hand, we walked towards Amara' s house. I spotted them outside her house. I couldn't help but smile when I saw Rhys has his arm's wrapped around her, holding her close to him.

"Hey, you're back, did they hurt you?" Rhys asked worried.

"Know they didn't Rhys, it was the other way around" I said reassuring him.

"I keep forgetting how strong you are, so, are you going to introduce you're beloved?" Rhys smiled.

I didn't ask him how he knew he was my beloved but then again he knows I wouldn't get involved with anyone who isn't my mate.

"This is Killian, Killian this is Rhys and my best friend Amara" I said introducing then.

Amara looked at me surprised and then moved from Rhys arm's and wrapped hers around me.

"Thank you for everything you have done, you protected me when you didn't have to. I found my mate because of you and a best friend in you" she smiled but I could still see the hurt in her eyes.

"That's what friends are for, do you have everything you need, you're coming home with me" I smiled.

"What about you're parent's, won't they mind?" she asked.

"They won't, I have a few thing's I need to tell you. Rhys will you drive with Killian and park where you can't be seen. I will explain why when we get home" I told him.

"Okay Ruby, I will see you soon Amara. You ready Killian?" he asked but his eyes never left Amara.

"Yeah I am. I brought my bike with me, so I will follow behind you and park where I won't be seen" Killian told him.

"Yeah that's grand" Rhys answered. Killian kissed my forehead and Rhys done the same to Amara before they left.

"You ready Amara" I asked.

But before we could move, a man walked towards us. By Amara reaction I know it's her father.

"Dad" Amara said.

"Have you not left yet, do you know how humiliating it is that you're mate is a vampire. You're just like you're mother, a disgrace" he spat. I could see Amara physically flinch.

"I didn't chose my mate, but now that I have met him, I wouldn't change him for the world. He is mine and I am his" she said holding her head high.

"Get out of my sight, you're banished from the pack. I hope he is worth it" he sneered.

"Don't worry, he is worth banishment. At least now I can find my mother" Amara said.

"You two deserve each other, you are no child of mine" he said.

"You were never a father to me, that's why it's so easy to walk away" Amara said as she turned her back on her father and got into the passenger seat, closing the door.

"You don't deserve her as a daughter. She didn't do anything wrong only find her mate. You should be ashamed of yourself, I will make sure she finds her mother and stays away from you" I said, glaring at him.

I walked to my car and got into the driver side, closing the door behind me. I gave Amara a smiled and squeeze her hand before I started my car. The first few minutes were filled with silence. But I need to tell Amara the truth before we get to the manor.
