"are you okay?" i asked her, with such a lonely and pitiful look on her face. she looked as if she's been crying her heart out.

"i-"

"what?"

"i didn't know heartbreak is this painful.."

now she knows what i have been going through for the past months ever since i met her. through it all, i always thought she was someone different, you know... she still is, but i feel as if she finally has something in common with people who had or have been in love.

"was it him?"

she nods. "turns out, he's a jerk."

"i'm terribly sorry to hear that."

i was elated at the whole situation, but i somehow still felt pitiful towards her. i mean, she needs comfort. someone she can depend on, and not some stupid man who leaves her.

"what was his name?"

"his name?"

"yeah."

"his name is kim yugyeom."

that's when i knew... and everything all came back to me again. he was part of my past. he used to be around me and then i remember...
