the way she addresses my name is what makes my heart beat faster than the speed of light. i wanted to refuse her, yet i want to stay by her side and never think about abandoning her.

"any reason?"

"i need a friend I guess."

a friend indeed. yes, that's what i'm called when it comes to her, just a friend... nothing more, nothing less. it made my heart sink, but as long as she's still present in my eyes... it's more than enough.

even though our times were short, i will never forget the first moment. and that moment when i first saw her on a beautiful spring day, she was full of color and of course... she caught my full attention.

i didn't know spring even existed until she came along and showed me that there's more color in life than what my perspective of it is.

so i thank her, for making me fall for her. and... showing me that there's more to life that i had thought.
