Today was the day. I actually got a decent night of sleep, so I woke up early, even before Sasha- which is unheard of. I made myself a glass of water and decided I would make waffles for us. It wasn't my brightest moment. I could count on one hand how times I've made myself breakfast in the past year I've been in Korea. Each time was an interesting experience and exactly why Sasha screams at me when I enter the kitchen and Ari just gives me a disappointed look. Waffles were easy. I started the griddle to warm up and set out the ingredients. My mind drifted off to how I expected the day to go. Ari and Jackson would be flaunting their relationship. I overheard that Chanyeol isn't doing so hot since Sasha basically rejected him. I've seen GD on Running Man before, and he's usually soft spoken on the show so maybe I wouldn't have to worry about anything. It's not like millions of people would be watching our episode and judging everything I do just because I'm associated with G-Dragon. Not to mention that we're an up and coming girl group that people are starting to take notice of. I made the first few waffles without a hitch and I was pretty proud of myself for forming them into a perfect heart shape. I even added bacon into Ari's. What can I say? I'm in a good mood.

I started the next waffle (adding chocolate chips because it was for myself) and decided to take that time to go to my room and change into a comfy pair of ripped jeans and an oversized black sweater. I wear my sneakers for now, but I know the stylists will give me an outfit to change into and most likely tall and very uncomfortable shoes for at least the intro into the show. So I'd enjoy the comfort while it lasted. I hear a sizzle coming from the kitchen and all of a sudden the smoke alarm goes off.

"K!!! WHAT DID YOU DO??" Ok, so Sasha was awake now. I'm usually the one scolding her. I shoved my foot into the shoe I had halfway on and I ran to the kitchen.

This is why I don't cook.

And it's also why I ditched the burnt waffle (seriously, to a crisp) into the trash and stole one of the waffles I made for the girls. Waffle in hand, Ari picked a fight with me. Don't get me started. Jackson showed up in the middle of it and Ari ran off with him. Lucky. I waited until they left, grabbed my small purse, and yelled out, "BYE," while slamming the front door closed. Seeing as how the day was already going, I desperately needed a coffee.

Running Man.

I was so nervous, my stomach twisted in knots. The fact that I was about to be on the show was crazy. It's even crazier that GD is going to be on it with me. I tried to keep my cool. Stylists, makeup artists, and staff bustled around in the salon. They handed me my outfit to be introduced to the Running Man members with GD. He wasn't here yet and I didn't know what to do with myself. I walked into the makeshift changing room, squeezed into the black high-waisted leather pants they gave and wondered if they would give Ji Yong leather pants... I slipped on the black leather jacket, a blue patterned crop top, and a pair of ankle boot wedges. I let the woman doing my makeup work her magic on me. She gave me winged eyeliner and a soft red color on my lips. It was simple, but it really enhanced my whole look. My hair was next and my vibrant red locks are put into soft waves and my bangs were pulled back.

I was finally all put together and someone gave me a puffy coat to go over my outfit. They probably noticed how much I was shivering and rubbing my hands together. Not really an ideal look for me.

Achoo! Oops. Someone handed me a tissue and touched up my lipstick. I peaked up from rubbing my nose. Chanyeol towered over me, smiling. He laughed, "Hey."

I apologized and we small talked until Ari and Jackson arrived together. They didn't seem to notice me so I just tried to relax and make conversation with Chanyeol... Waiting for GD. I was getting really anxious.

And that's when he walked in. My heart stopped. He looked perfect. His cable-knit sweater matched my shirt and we had matching leather jackets. He wore black jeans with rolled cuffs and combat boots. I think Chanyeol noticed how my throat caught, so he walked away, and I could feel my cheeks burn. I looked away so no one else would notice my embarrassing state. He walked over for a touch up on his hair, and they really didn't have to do anything. He looked perfect. His hair was dyed a darker color this time and it was styled into a pouf with shaved sides. He glanced at me through the mirror in front of him. We made eye contact and his eyes lowered to my red lips. He smirked and walked towards me. Damn that man. But I already feel better.

He bends at his waist with his hands in his pockets and smiles at me. "귀엽다."

"Shut up." I stand up and brush passed him, bumping our shoulders playfully. He was trying to seduce me with a cute act- I see.

I see him exchange short bows with Chanyeol and the taller man leaves to find Sasha. Ari and Jackson left in their van to appear first on Running Man.

GD hovers around me as I fiddle with the zipper on my puffy jacket, waiting our turn to get in our van. He crosses his arms and leans against the wall next to me, his lips pursed.

"걱정 말아. It'll be ok. I'll protect you." He looked at me with those eyes. We were called to enter our van. GD comes in behind me and holds my arm to help me. I take off the puffy jacket but hold it in my lap for comfort. I think to myself, I take down criminals for a living- why is this making me nervous?

GD wraps his hand around my wrist and gives me a devilish smile.

He gets out of the van first. He gives a closed mouth smile and waves with both hands. He turns back and helps me out. I hear gasps and comments from everyone. I smile and bow a few times.

I note that it kind of feels like walking down a red carpet. I walk side by side with GD over to the group and bow a few more times just in case. They tease me about it, especially Jae Suk. I feel myself start to blush and I try to hold it back. Oh god, I hope I don't seriously mess up today. I'm just thankful GD stayed by my side the entire time.
