Mother's Day

I love my Mother for she is Queen

Queen of the house and family.

Her word is law don't get me wrong

Wise and true but sharp is her tongue.

I love my Mother for she is Queen

If you go to parties don't be seen!

Sneaking in, wobbley drunk

She'll spot you and dare you: "Try me punk"

I love my Mother for she is Queen

My siblings, you see, are younger than me,

They've no idea how our house is so clean

But she has ways to find the guilty

I love my Mother for she is Queen,

She's an angel, a chef and a taxi

With math homework, she's never that keen

But she will always be there for me

She has that much love our handshake is a hug

too cool for school and never a bother

But I'm always the one to rid of the bugs

I love her, my mother.
