How To Wake Up Early;

~ Try to go to bed around an hour or 30 minutes earlier than you usually do. Try listening to soft music so you get more sleepy and can actually fall asleep early.

~ Set an alarm! Don't press snooze!! And make sure to put on an annoying noise :)

~ Wash your face with cold water right away! That's what I do to help me wake up.

~ Do excercises to wake yourself up!
