• Wash your hair correctly:

Don't wash your hair every day. Every other day or every two days is fine. Focus more on your scalp and try to wash under the coldest water.

• Condition:

Always make sure to condition your hair. Never apply on the top of your head. Only apply on the bottom half of your hair and focus a lot on the tips.

• Braid your hair:

Braid your hair at least three times a week for two months. I know it sounds like a long time, but it's worth it. Just a normal braid btw; this sounds weird but it helps ☺

• Massage your scalp:

Before going to shower, massage your scalp for 5 minutes. It keeps the blood flowing and is healthy for you.

• Eat lots of protein:

Protein is the key to healthy, silky, and shiny hair. You don't have to constantly eat meat, but watch your plate and make sure your eating healthy.

• Drink lots of water:

Have at least six cups a day. If you're dehydrated, it'll show in your hair. It will make your hair dry, dull, and more prone to damage. You'll see a difference!

• Trim your ends:

Every once in a while, trim ends/split ends. Don't constantly trim every month, or it won't grow.
