Chapter Three (Short Filler)

Percy's PoV

"Who are the Grey Sisters?"

I glanced over at everyone asking before looking at Annabeth. The look on her face was priceless, and her smirk showed me that it would be more amusing to not tell them.

"You'll see," I said quietly, looking at the son of Jupiter that had asked.

The others gave Annabeth and I a wary look as Annabeth moved to call for the taxi. It appeared and they all climbed in. I climbed in last, staring at my ex.

"When did you decide that this would be a good idea?" I huffed.

"You worry too much," she giggled back.

"I swear if they fight for the eye again, I won't be happy with you."

The others stared at us. Nico's eyebrow was raised as he seemed to realize that this was the most we had spoken to one another in a while. Leo looked at us.

"What's the eye?" Leo asked slowly. "Why would they fight over it?"

Annabeth and I remained silent as we looked ahead. I squeezed Nico's hand as the taxi began to drive off. Leo and Piper were the first to scream as the drivers slammed on the gas pedal.
