"Lauren hurry up, we're gonna be late" Chance says

"Ally said they bout to leave" He chuckles

"Chancelor!!" I yell
"I'm kidding! You look fine, now let's go"

"Finally!" Ally sighs exaggeratedly
I walk up to her and push her head back.
"Lauren don't try to act big and bad in front of them" She says
"I'm not" I laugh
"Lauren this is Ryan, Mani that's Chance" She says
Soon we start walking along the trail and I stand next to Normani. We talk for a while with Ally looking back and smirking at us every few minutes.
"What's your son's name?" She asks
"Tristan"
"Are you very much single or are you still with his dad?"
"As single as an artists song"
"You and these metaphors and similes and shit"
"You love it though"
"It IS quite amusing"
"See?" I smile
Talking to her is so easy, we connected so well in the few hours we've been out, and it feels like we've known each other for a while.
"How do you deal with animals snapping at you?" She asks
"We give em shots" I say
"You ever get bit?"
"Yea a few times, one time a dog tried to bite my hand when I was doing something but I reacted quickly"
"What you mean?"
"I was doing something near its mouth so when the bitch, no pun intended; opened its mouth, I angled my hand a certain way and it couldn't close its mouth unless I moved my hand"
"You fisting dogs Jauregui?"
"Stooooop!" I laugh
"I ain't know you got down and dirty like that boo" She grins
"Normani" I whine
"You like bitches huh?" She smirks
I try to form a frown but end up laughing anyway, I look around and realize we're alone.
"Where'd they go?" I ask
"Let me see" She says, pulling out her phone
"Oh, shit they left" She laughs
"And went where?" I ask
"The buffet a few blocks away, such rude people" She says
"Should we meet them?" I ask
"We could or we could stay"

We eventually make our way to the other side of the park where the pond is and sit on the grass.
"This was really fun" I smile
"Orange ya glad I came back for your number" She smirks
"And I thought I had corny jokes" I laugh
"But yea I guess in a way, I'm glad you came back" I say
"So since we both had a great time, let's go out Saturday" She says
