** The Broken-Hearted Girl by @_maria_dallas_ **
Every time I look into your eyes
I remember your lies.
It reminds me of the pain you caused me.
I just want you to know how I feel,
Knowing that you are gone.
But to you, it's no big deal.
You've moved on, you're gone.
Me? I'm still holding on.
I can't let you go, what we had was too special.
I miss you a lot,
I feel empty inside.
But then I think of all the times you lied.
You had me believing in you
Then you just left, without as much as a reason why;
Now all I can do is cry.
You said forever;
Yeah, well that didn't last.
Now I'm just a part of your past.
But, do I really need you?
You hurt me, made me cry.
Are you even worth another try?
Maybe not, maybe I'll find someone better than you.
Someone who knows how to treat a girl.
Not someone who treats me like you.
