Inspiration

It feels like velvety pink petals blooming in the wintry landscape of your mind.
It looks like a galloping horse racing across a grassy field, leaving word trails across your pages.
It tastes like chocolate and cookies, which you eat after a few chapters to sustain your imagination.
It smells like those books you stayed up all night reading, that inspired you to write in the first place.
It sounds like new music you haven't heard before, but somehow you recognize it anyway.
It is what keeps you going, even when it seems like your story will never turn out right.
