"Why are we here?" I groan.
"Cause the rouges are still outside our boarders." Alpha Blake explains calmly.
"They'll have left by tomorrow." I say. "Probably."
"And how do you know that?" Alpha Blake questions me.
"Cause they'll know that I'm still captured, and they are wasting their time and energy."
"And the 'probably'?" Alpha Blake asks.
I hesitate. "I'm surprised that they have actually stayed on guard for this long already. There may be something, or someone, keeping them here or an idea." I explain slowly.
"An idea?" Alpha Blake questions.
"You've been at war with Waning Crescent Pack for 6 years, correct?" I ask.
The visible tension in the room answers my question.
"Well, they might be trying to push you over the edge." I explain.
"Or them." I mutter under my breath.
"Any that's a problem why?" Alpha Blake asks.
"I'll tell you why." I say, starting to become a bit angry. "Because Red Fang is the most blood thirsty pack you will ever meet. They love for a good bit of sport. And getting your pack to wage war on the Waning Crescent Pack, will give them a good game to watch, and do all of their dirty for them so they can grow stronger with the people you leave behind." I let out a breath I forgot I was holding.
"How would the people left behind make them stronger? They'll only be civilians, they're untrained." Alpha Blake enquires.
"You will leave behind angry and sorrow which Red Fang twist into revenge." I say bitterly. "They basically feed off revenge."
"Okay." Alpha Blake nods.
"I don't think you understand the severity of this situation."
"No, I can't possibly understand how our war, against Waning Crescent, could possibly relate, in any means, to this current situation." Alpha Blake shouts at me.
"Oh, I don't know." I say sarcastically. "Maybe that the two youngest, stupidest, packs are at war with one another, and just so happen to be the strongest, on the brink of a fight. If a war breaks out then bloodbath will take place and guess who's going to be ones to lap it all up."
A silence breaks outs and covers the room.
"Are you scared of them?" Brooke asks suddenly.
"Of course I'm scared of them. I'm always scared." I say following her going off topic.
"I thought that you were fine with this situation a couple of days ago you were laughing and joking around." She explains.
"That's how I cope with my pain." I say bitterly.
"But, this situation isn't a big deal, they're not on our boarders or showing any sign of hurting us."
"Yes, but your husband is underestimating Red Fang. They should be not put off lightly."
"We can fight back and get allies to help us fight." Alpha Blake puts in. "Not all we be lost."
"Everything will be lost, that's what you don't understand. I grew up with them, I know what they can be like."
I stop to take a breath to calm myself down.
"You cannot fight." I say simply.
"We can."
"You cannot fight them." I repeat.
"You're repeating the words of a coward." Alpha Blake spits out.
"You can call me a coward, but that doesn't change the fact that you're an idiot." I say.
"You can't fight them." I repeat again.
"We can fight, you said it yourself we happen to be one of the strongest packs out there, and you grew up with them you know their weaknesses."
"I did grow up with them and all I got from it was this stupid mark." I say riding my right sleeve up my arm.
"I don't their weaknesses, I just know how to survive and avoid them." I growl dangerously, I feel my eyes grow darker as my wolf becomes closer to being let loose.
"You cannot fight them, " I say, "at least not with brawn, because you'll all be dead before you can raise your fist at them. You cannot call for back up because you'll just be sending your friends to their deaths, and you certainly cannot be an idiot because you'll be dead by tonight." I say, full on growling.
"Hamilton calm your mate down." Alpha Blake snaps.
"Shut up." I yell. "You don't know the power Red Fang possess. They turn children into monsters. I could make adults wet their beds at night at the age of 12 and that was 10 years ago. Red Fang should not be dealt with lightly. Red Fang doesn't use there strength in a fight, they use there brains. Something society never expects these days, they don't fight so you can't fight back. Their strength in a last resort and they have never had to use it and you will never get to that point if you keep on being an idiot."
"So what do you suggest we do?" Alpha Blake says wearily.
"You're not going to like it."
"Hit me."
"You're going to hate it."
"Don't care."
"Become friends or something with Waning Crescent."
"You're right." Alpha Blake says. "I hate it."
"It works though."
"It's impossible."
"Not really, I'll tell you what's impossible, taming Aslan."
"Now is probably not the best time for Narnia references." Hamilton whispered in my ear, grasping my hand.
I nod.
"Okay, so, if it were possible, could you, one, tell me how, and, two, why it would make a difference."
"Stop the war between your pack and the Waning Crescent Pack and then Red Fang has nothing to use against you."
"They'll then use there strength against us."
"As I said before you and Waning Crescent are the strongest packs around at the moment. If your teamed then Red Fang wouldn't risk doing anything so stupid."
"But that's calling allies and you said we'd be dead by the time they arrive." Alpha Blake pointed out.
"Waning Crescent is your closest boardering pack, your closest ally at this point in time is Nocturne Moon which is a good 100 miles away from you."
"So, if we allied with Waning Crescent, Red Fang would go away that's it."
"You also save the lives of many members of your pack and Waning Crescents and the two of the three strongest packs will be joined in partnership and basically be unstoppable." I add.
"And how could you possibly get Raymond Clayton to agree to this?"
I think for a minute.
"I'll get back to you on that one." I say. "I'm going to visit Waning Crescent when I leave before Project Seagull."
"Wait, Project Seagull is still a go."
"Yeah, this whole conversation is based off the fact that Red Fang are still surrounding your pack and I feel off about it."
"Then why are you trying to get a plan together because you feel 'off' about the rogue wolves surrounding my pack."
"Because, your scared of the mark I wear." I say holding up my wrist. Letting the scar of a pair of eyes surrounded by a set of teeth escape from the shadows of my coat.
"And," I continue. "If your scared of me, then you must be terrified of those wolves out there." I say pointing to the window.
"You said before that you can wet his pants." Brooke began.
"Yes." I say dragging out the 'e'.
"Show me."
I blink. Once. Twice.
"Do you remember Jessica? And her mate Mark Wotton?"
