Riddle 172: A random king has no sons, no daughters, and no queen. (A/N: Wait....then how is he a king??? Shouldn't he be a prince?) For this reason he must decide who will take the throne after he dies. To do this he decides he is going to give all the children of the kingdom one seed. The child that has the biggest, most beautiful or appealing plant will earn the throne; this being a metaphor for the kingdom. At the end of the contest, all the children came to the palace with huge plants that were also beautiful at hand. After he looks at all the children's pots, he finally decides after an eternity (A/N: okay, the eternity part wasn't real, I just added it for humor.) that a little girl with an empty pot will be the next queen. Why did he choose this girl over all the children with their plants?
