AJ Mitchell - Getting A Puppy

You and AJ had been driving around all day to different animal shelters wanting a pet for yours and his new home and so far you had nothing. You guys really wanted a little puppy but all the ones that took your heart had already been reserved for other families.

"I just want a puppy." You whined like a little kid making AJ laugh at you. 

"I do to babe, we have one more shelter to go to and if we don't find the right one, maybe we could come back next week?" He suggested, you looked at him as if he was crazy, making him give you a confused look.

"We are getting a puppy today or I will go through the roof." You told him making him grin at how set you were on for a dog. You arrived at the shelter and you were immediately intrigued by the cute pug.

"Babe this dog is the one." You looked up at AJ who was just as fascinated in the dog as you were. He called over the lady who worked there and she came over.

"So this here is Shadow and he got neglected after a family left him in a box in an abandoned building. He is a year and a half in age and as you can tell he is quite the happy puppy." She smiled.

"Can we take him?" You asked.

"You want to take him this minute? Have you got a bed and such?" She asked you, you looked up at AJ who you knew was going to say no but you got there before him.

"Yes we will take him right now, we have a bed, we have food and treats and we can't forget the toys!" You lied with a big smile on your face. 

"Okay sweetheart! I'll get him ready for you and in the mean time if you go and take a seat by reception, I just need you and your partner to sign a few documents if that's alright?" She asked.

"That's fine!" You smiled, AJ looked at you like you were crazy.

"Y/N, you just lied to an old lady, telling her we have everything for a puppy, babe we don't even have a backyard let alone everything else." He laughed interlocking your hand.

"But babe, he's cute." You told him and he rolled his eyes at you. Once you had signed the documents, Shadow was all yours.

"Now Shadow, we don't really have everything for you right now, so that means you can sleep in with me and AJ!" You squealed excitedly, unaware of AJ snap-chatting you and your new four legged creature.
